### **--- "Vor Jahren gut, jetzt fehlt Support"
Ich nutze Flatex seit Jahren, anfangs guter und schneller Support aber seit Mitte 2024 praktisch keiner mehr. Ich warte seit Mittelteile fast einem Monat auf die Adressänderung wegen Umzug. 

Selber ändern in der App oder über PC wird mit der Angabe einer unvollständigen Anschrift verhindert. 
Die Anschrift ist vollständig und genau so auf meinem Personalausweis.

Habe dann das Formular herunter geladen, ausgefüllt und hochgeladen, wie es von Flatex Support zuvor als alternativer Weg angegeben wurde. Seit dem öffnen des Vorgangs in der App nur die Standardmeldungen des Systems das man sich bald meldet, mehr nicht. Habe in dem Vorgang bereits 2 mal eine erneute Aufforderung eingestellt aber es passiert…. Nichts!

Aber das System fragt mich seit geraumer Zeit brav bei jedem öffnen, ob die Anschrift noch aktuell ist, verlangt das ich diese ändere und das Problem geht von vorne los.

Aufgrund des fehlenden Support sehe ich das Depot dort als problematisch. Aber so ist auch ein Wechsel zu einem anderen Anbieter zum einen problematisch weil die Anschrift nicht aktuell ist und zu anderen, weil es bei dieser Dauer einfach beim Aktienhandel zu risikoreich ist, nicht über die Aktien verfügen zu können.

Schade das bei einer solch wichtigen APP scheinbar nie etwas richtig funktioniert. Und dies beim Trading zum Teil zu Katastrophen führt, wenn man sein richtiges Saldo nichtmal ausgewiesen bekommt.
Die Hotline reagiert auch nur mit „Schulterzucken“, und sagt: „ist ein IT Thema und bereits bekannt. Seit 3 Wochen besteht allerdings dieser gleiche Fehler! Und was nutzt eine Plattform, wenn du nicht weißt was dein Gesamtdepot an Entwicklung hat, sobald du kaufst!!!
Werde definitiv zum Wettbewerb endgültig wechseln und Smartbroker nutzen!
Zumal auch die Hotline keinerlei Kompensation angeboten hat!!!
Traurig, aber dafür gibt es ja alternative Anbieter!!!

Kann leider kein Depot eröffnen da man kein Foto seines Personalausweises machen kann. Hier muss nachgebessert werden, sonst geht man zur Konkurrenz.

Darum nutze ich das Konto nicht mehr. Obwohl ich es sehr gut finde, dass u.a. auch Kaufzeitpunkt und Wertentwicklung am aktuellen Tag gezeigt werden - bei ING vermisse ich das.

Die Legitimation des Persos bzw. Passes funktioniert leider nicht. Es kann kein Foto gemacht werden und somit kommt man garnicht erst zum Video Anruf.

No charts available for many stocks ??? Limited tools availability for chart analysis, charts limited for different time periods. Very basic all over.

### ****- "Update ist schön"
Das komplette Redesign der App ist wirklich sehr schön geworden. Viel übersichtlicher und die ganzen verwirrenden Menu-Begriffe sind weg. Das einzige was ich vermisse, ist zu sehen, wie meine ETFs in diesem Jahr bzw. im Durchschnitt pro Jahr performt haben. Angezeigt wird immer nur die prozentuelle Gesamtperformance über die gesamte Halte-Zeit also viele Jahre. 
Für Day Trading ist die App allerdings leider nicht geeignet. Die Transaktionsgebühren sind dafür viel zu hoch. Das wär auch noch mal interessant, dafür eine extra App zu haben.

Fast alle guten ETFs im Angebot zu supergünstigen bzw.. Kostenlosen Konditionen. 
Übersichtliche App mit allen wichtigen Infos, die leicht verständlich angezeigt werden.
