Waste of time and money
The app doesn’t have the reach to help you find flat or flatmates. Even if you end up investing in the paid plans, which they claim to be refundable (only 60% of it), but it doesn’t help you in anyway. Waste of time, money and efforts.
Fraud app
I had purchased the DIY plan of this app for finding a room and after one whole month of messaging and calling people who posted their ads got no response at all. And for the past few weeks i have been mailing them regarding my refund but haven’t received any response yet. Don’t waste your time and money on this fraud app.
Very rude behaviour
Their employees lack basic work ethics. They use very abusive language.
Disappointed with the services
I bought the subscription thinking i would be able to find a flat sooner but neither was I able to find a decent flat nor was refund initiated to me, No reply, Not chat support. This app is just out there to scam people.
Very user friendly
living with flatmate has been a great experience.communication is easy and they are considerate of shared spaces.Highly recommend as a flatmate!.
Not initiating refund according to its policy and doesn’t reply to customer mail.
I used this app in July end to find a flat for me. Didn’t get any good deal. I purchased the DIY plan for Rs. 599 to get the access of contacts on the app. According to the policy, the money has to be refunded in case you don’t find a deal over the app. I mailed a refund request to the app on 18th August 2024 and since then I haven’t even got a response let alone the refund. Don’t fall for these kinds of fake and fraud apps. Very bad service. Even the contacts that were on the app didn’t seem legitimate. I strongly recommend not to use this app.
Waste of time!
They adveratise saying you’ll get a refund if you did not found a place. But the truth is your won’t find a house nor the money that you paid. No response from the customer care also..

It was amazing to use Flatmate.in got the flat within the same day was totally surprised by the efforts of my RM Nilakshi really thanks for the wonderful accommodation.
Fraud app with zero support
Users dont purchase any plan from this app they just take money for there plan and there manager will gather your details after that no response will be provided by the company even they wont refund they only show they have refund policy but that never happened
