I venditori sono tutti truffatori, ti inviano tutte taglie enormi o minuscole, vestiti venduti come a grade ma pieni di difetti, evidentemente fleek non controlla un bel niente perché loro lo fanno un controllo bel loro magazzino. Evitate cone la peste

Ho trovato venditori scorrettissimi, e assistenza Fleek superficiale e sconnessa. Dopo 7 mesi ancora non ho avuto nè sostituzione merce nè rimborso che mi avevano garantito sia il fornitore (sparito e cancellato da Fleek) sia dall'assistenza che è in alto mare a cui ogni volta devo stare a rispiegare il problema (che vi evito di leggere) da zero... un'odissea. Mai più. Tra l'altro ora hanno anche aggiornato l'app, inserisco i dati e schermata bianca. Sempre peggio

Ho effettuato un ordine il 28 gennaio, riguardo 64 felpe da un venditore presente sull’app, il venditore non mi ha informato sulle tasse e dazi da pagare ma questo è irrilevante in confronto a quello che è successo dopo, le giacche tassate sono state 154 unite mentre io ne avevo ordinate 64, dopo numerosi reclamai sono stato obbligato a pagare le tasse per 154 giacche altrimenti avrei dovuto pagare 10 euro in più ogni giorno e visto l’andazzo ho preferito pagare e poi chiedere un rimborso dato che avevo letto la sicurezza sugli acquisti non avevo timori riguardo ciò. Il 14 febbraio mi arriva il pacco, le taglie comprese erano dalla Xs alla Xl, mi sono arrivate circa 15 giacche dalla xxl alla 3Xl, difficile trarre un grande guadagno poi le giacche non erano le stesse del video nonostante mi fosse stato scritto che sarebbero state le stesse alcuno erano in condizioni pessime, dato tutto ho deciso di chiedere un rimborso parziale, perché ho pagato circa 850 euro per la merce e onestamente non so se riuscirò a rifarmi neanche gli 850. Scrivo questo spedando di avere più attenzioni da parte di fleek che questa settimana, nonostante i miei cessanti reclami ,non ha risposto. P.S: nella ricevuta della merce io ho pagato 600 euro di valore della merce, ma in quei 600 euro che io ho dato c’era anche la spedizione, di conseguenza i soldi della spedizione dovevano essere detratti dai 600 per farmi pagare meno tasse alla dogana , neanche per idea ,nonostante i miei reclami il venditore non ha fatto niente e fleek non mi ha aiutato

I just spend a lot of money on here and the seller says they can’t see my order, so i obviously look for customer service, till i find out they don’t have any, then I miraculously receive an email from a real person at fleek about a code, names Sandra. I email Sandra about my situation, no response Furthermore, the app doesn’t work, i have now lost contact with the seller. This app is a scam

Trail and error! I’ve been using fleek for a few years. Some suppliers awful, some very good and I’ve stayed in contact with and still buy from today! As always learn from mistakes and you’ll grow!

I ordered 50 pairs of cowboy boots. They arrived filthy and all damaged. Half aren’t even cowboy boots. A lot of pairs are only fit for the bin. They apparently go through a quality control as well before they are shipped, I don’t know what their standards are but these definitely aren’t what I would call grades A/B items as they were advertised as. The app now has stopped working. If you choose to buy from here, use a credit card that has purchase protection. Many of the sellers are scammers also. I had an offer accepted on a batch of items, I paid for them and then the seller demanded I pay them more money. Absolute nightmare.

App literally does not function. Super poorly developed.

Just a poorly designed app, Has many flaws and bugs and most features barely work Would rate it higher if they had better customer service but they have none idk
