## FleetDispatch Description
Run your vehicles like a pro. FleetDispatch brings trip logging, maintenance, and analytics together in one app for small fleets, company cars, and anyone managing more than one vehicle. Version 7.0 adds the new KEIKI design, a customizable Today Dashboard, a Reminder Center, and CarPlay. It works offline and keeps your data on your device and in your own iCloud by default.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Today Dashboard
- Combine 28 metrics. Add, remove, reorder, and resize cards, and set the period, comparison, vehicles, and chart type for each. Start from the Admin, Driver, Maintenance, Host, or Minimal template; your layout syncs through iCloud.

Dispatch & return
- Record mileage, fuel and fuel efficiency, tolls, parking, driver, route, and task. Schedule conflicts for the same vehicle are flagged before you dispatch.

Vehicle Status Center & fleet list
- A vehicle's readings, due dates, maintenance, recent trips, work orders, and inspections on one page. The fleet list shows days in use or idle, the next due date, and this month's mileage, sorted by what needs attention.

Reminder Center
- Due dates, maintenance, overdue returns, pending approvals, and fuel efficiency anomalies in one list. Snooze them or handle them directly.

Search & saved views
- Search vehicles, drivers, locations, trips, work orders, and parts, and save the Trip Records filters you use most.

Dispatch Timeline (iPad and Mac)
- Vehicles across time with conflicts marked. Drag a standby vehicle onto the timeline to dispatch it.

Work orders, inspections & parts
- Work orders, driver vehicle inspections (DVIR), and parts inventory. Completing a work order deducts stock and creates a maintenance record.

Analytics & reports
- Mileage, fuel, and cost trends, driver rankings, and EV battery-swap stats. Report templates for monthly operations, vehicles, costs, compliance, drivers, and repairs: filter, preview live, then export an A4 PDF with repeated headers or a CSV you can import again.

CarPlay
- See trips in progress, dispatch quickly, check to-dos, and navigate to saved locations with a maps app. No typing in the car; enter the end odometer on iPhone after you park.

Widgets & Live Activities
- Metric and Lock Screen widgets, plus a Quick Depart control in Control Center. The Live Activity and Dynamic Island include a Return button.

Apple Watch
- Today and To Do on your wrist. Dispatch and return quickly; your iPhone carries out the action.

Notifications & Sounds
- A new sound, Fleet Pulse. Set receiving and sound separately for five notification types on each device, and preview sounds.

Team sync over your local network
- Pair an office host with mobile clients for real-time sync with PIN pairing, TLS encryption, and role-based permissions. Paired devices reconnect with a signed device key, and 6.0 devices still work alongside.

iCloud sync & backup
- Sync across your own devices and export password-encrypted backups.

Onboarding, Sample Mode & Help Center
- Guided setup, a Sample Mode whose temporary data stays fully separate from yours, and searchable help for every feature.

OBD-II diagnostics (Beta)
- Connect a Bluetooth ELM327 adapter for VIN detection, real vehicle speed, and trouble codes. Turn it on in Settings.

A new design
- Fine lines, monospaced readings, and status colors used only for status. Light, Dark, or Auto, with Dynamic Type throughout. iPhone offers Standard and Driver One-Hand layouts; iPad adapts between a sidebar and a tab bar; Mac uses a sidebar.

Built for your region
- 10 languages, with local license-plate examples, currency, and units. Switch between metric and imperial anytime.

PRIVACY
Your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud by default. LAN sync is a direct device-to-device connection. We do not sell your data.
