Plan which areas of life to focus on each day, track what you actually do, and stay motivated, all while keeping your data completely private on your device. Plan by Life Areas, Not Hours * Organise life into "buckets" (Job Hunt, Exercise, Content Creation, etc.) * Plan which buckets to touch each day—not exact times * Use flexible time blocks: Morning, Midday, Evening, or Scattered * No rigid schedules, no guilt trips Optimistic by Default * Planning a bucket means you intend to work on it * Mark as "skipped" only if you didn't touch it * Green checkmarks show completed work * No productivity shaming. Just honest tracking Week-Ahead Planning * View any week (past, present, or future) * Navigate easily with prev/next/current buttons * See your full week at a glance * Reschedule buckets by adding/removing from days * Visual highlight shows today * Past days show what you actually did Smart Task Suggestions "What Should I Do Now?" feature prioritizes tasks Considers today's intentions, last worked on, and deadlines See task details instantly: title, bucket, deadline, notes No decision paralysis—just clear next actions Bucket Lifecycle Management * Active: Normal use in daily planning * On Hold: Temporarily pause without losing data * Archived: Complete or retired buckets * Easy status changes with three-dot menu * Historical stats preserved for all statuses Comprehensive Stats & Analytics * Toggle between week and month views * Navigate any time period * See days worked per bucket (actual activity, not just plans) * Track tasks completed * Completion rate shows plans vs. reality * Visual breakdown with colored bars * All historical data preserved, including archived buckets Task Management * Quick add tasks with minimal friction * Assign to any active bucket * Set optional deadlines * Add detailed notes (up to 500 characters) * Mark complete with one tap * Completing tasks counts as bucket activity Today's Plan View * See which buckets you planned for today * Grouped by time block for easy scanning * Toggle done/skipped with simple checkboxes * View all your tasks across buckets * Access smart suggestions anytime * Clean, focused interface Motivation Without Pressure * Track momentum, not perfection * "Last worked on" dates help you stay consistent * Milestone tracking for long-term goals * Visual progress encourages continued effort * Skipping is okay. Life happens Complete Privacy * All data stored locally on your device * No cloud sync, no accounts, no tracking * You own your data, always * No external dependencies * Works completely offline Visual & Intuitive * Eight vibrant bucket colours * 16 emoji icons to choose from * Status indicators: Green checkmark (done), Red X (skipped), Gray circle (planned) * Clean, modern interface * Easy-to-understand visual cues Why Flexible Day Planner? Traditional planners demand exact schedules and punish you for deviation. Flexible Day Planner embraces reality: life is messy, plans change, and that's okay. Plan which areas of life deserve attention, not every minute of your day. Track what you actually do without guilt or shame. See patterns in your work without rigid productivity metrics. Whether you're managing a job search, building side projects, maintaining health routines, or just trying to stay on top of life, Flexible Day Planner gives you structure without suffocation. No subscriptions. No data mining. No productivity guilt. Just a simple, powerful tool that works the way you actually live. ## Flexible Day Planner Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/c1/ac/47/c1ac47ad-398d-a6ec-abf0-358da73ff07e/IMG_1980.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a1/a7/42/a1a742cf-f711-93e6-d1c3-c01dceb8d1d1/IMG_1981.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e4/c5/04/e4c5044b-a863-42a4-2d60-7ee5ba221277/IMG_1982.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/02/0a/aa/020aaa44-0094-1a82-28c7-43643a9f1298/IMG_1986.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e2/67/dc/e267dcc0-a394-a0ac-7682-e11ad140cf54/IMG_1983.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/d8/04/b1/d804b110-e5ec-be79-af97-5463c615cb37/IMG_1984.PNG/1242x2688.png) ## Flexible Day Planner Available In - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/united-arab-emirates) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/azerbaijan) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/canada) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/ecuador) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/united-kingdom) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/ghana) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/iceland) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/namibia) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/pakistan) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/qatar) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/flexible-day-planner-misy/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
