## FLEXIBUS 2.0 Description
FLEXIBUS: die Ergänzung des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs

FLEXIBUS ist seit 2009 die Lösung für Mobilität in nachfrageschwachen Zeiten auf dem Land oder den Ortsteilen größerer Städte außerhalb der Taktverkehrsangebote. Nutze die App um innerhalb des jeweiligen FLEXIBUS-Knoten befördert zu werden oder als bayernweite Fahrplanauskunft mit der Möglichkeit, die „letzte Meile“ zur nächsten überregionalen Bus- oder Zuglinie zu buchen. Ganz einfach mittels der digitalen Absprache deines Fahrtwunsches mit der Fahrmöglichkeit des FLEXIBUS. Die Buchung ist ab 2 Wochen vor der geplanten Abfahrt bis hin zur spontanen Fahrt möglich. Die Buchungen erfolgen nach dem Grundprinzip „first come – first serve“; d.h. je früher die Buchung erfolgt umso größer die Chance auf deine Wunschzeit. Wird eine gebuchte Fahrt nicht mehr benötigt oder ändert sich deine Planung – vergiss bitte nicht die Buchung zu ändern oder zu stornieren, um Kosten zu vermeiden.
 
Die Buchung geht ganz einfach:
1.       Kostenlose App herunterladen und gleich registrieren
2.       Unter Abfahrt entweder „Jetzt“ wählen oder die gewünschte Zeit und das Datum eingeben
3.       Start- und Zielpunkt eingeben; einfach die Abfahrts- und Zieladresse eingegeben oder auf der Karte wählen und die App findet die beste Verbindung
4.       Fahrtvorschlag auswählen und die Buchung bestätigen

FLEXIBUS ist Deutschlands ältester digitaler Ride-Pooling-Fahrdienst. Seit 2009 sind wir in Bayerisch-Schwaben in den Landkreisen Günzburg und Unterallgäu aktiv, indem wir individuelle Mobilität ergänzend zum bestehenden Netz des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs anbieten. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, Fahrtwünsche von Kunden zu bündeln weshalb es manchmal zu kleineren Umwegen kommen kann. Damit stellen wir kostengünstige und umweltfreundliche Mobilität für Dich und Deine bis zu 7 mitfahrenden Fahrgästen zur Verfügung.

Man kann die Fahrten meistens buchen die man braucht, doch ab und zu kommen die Fahrer früher wollen dann früher fahren in als er App angegeben. Dann stimmen hin und wieder die Fahrzeiten nicht, aus einer Fahrt die 5min dauert wird plötzlich fast 25-30min. Ansonsten Okey

Hat eigentlich von den Entwicklern der App jemals versucht einen Start von einem anderen Zielort einzugeben an den man sich gerade nicht befindet ?
Immer wieder legt die App als Startpunkt selbst fest wo man sich gerade aufhält, eine Fahrt planen ist ein schwieriges Unterfangen

Die App ist okay aber der Service dahinter ist eine Vollkatasrophe! Verlasst euch bloß nicht darauf, dass der Bus kommt! 55 Minuten gewartet, 5 mal angerufen, zuerst hieß es er kommt, dann technischer Fehler, jetzt kommt er wirklich, dann „der Fahrer hat Sie nicht gefunden!“ Ernsthaft? Nicht ortskundig oder blind - beides irgendwie doof…

FlexiBus ist ein super Konzept, nur hängt sich die App direkt nach dem Öffnen auf. Ich muss sie 4 mal schließen und wieder öffnen, bis ich so weit komme, dass sich eine Route wählen lässt. Wenn sie nicht durchgehend abstürzen würde - eine verständliche, gut designte und funktionale App.

Die App hängt ständig. Jede Eingabe dauert ewig, bis es mit Verzögerung angenommen wird. Auch finde ich manche Einstellungen wie Abholzeit völlig fehlprogrammiert. Da hätte es ein Eingabefeld wie bei DB auch getan. Technisch soweit ok, auch Service und Angebot von FLEXIBUS gut, nur die App nervt ziemlich.
