## Flexicar Car Share Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Horrible"
Very poor app, buggy, works when it wants, very poor service. Save yourself a headache.
-- Gcib34556, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I have to call them to login every time i get logged out. The OTP never works.
-- Aardig.bipul, 2024-12-21

### ***** "Super easy, great experience"
Tried Flexicar after a terrible experience with GoGet. It was super easy and the app is way nicer imo. Was skeptical because of the bad reviews but everything went smoothly for me, will definitely book again.
-- Jfb1994, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Bad experience"
Sometimes good but worst left me in a hoch poch situation
-- Weekendwarrior1809, 2024-11-10

### *---- "Someone needs to UX this"
Once you miss choosing the right plan it is really hard to change it. Im not able to choose my student plan since it is not allowing me to add my course end date. Now the app for some reason doesn't load the plans section. Now I just have the access to the cars but can't book it.
-- Girivarshan, 2024-11-05

### *---- "APP SOFTWARE MALFUNCTIONING"
I do not recommend using this app or service. The app is poorly designed and has wasted so much of my time. There is always a problem with booking. Not worth it.
-- MatthewTheBoss34, 2024-10-30

### *---- "What happened to the app?!"
Useless app! What happened? When I used the old app, it was fine and I could see where cars are. Now, I can’t even get past the log-in screen. Makes me choose a plan and then when I do, it tells me I am already a member but I can’t proceed beyond that!! What a joke!! Fix your app!!
-- MCTJGC, 2024-09-11

### *---- "please ask ChatGPT to make your app"
Numerous errors and terrible customer services. Errors in everywhere.
-- 아니돼지, 2024-08-19

### *---- "What happened"
I really liked flexicar but started encountering problems last year. Now the app doesn’t even work on my phone. I just see a white screen when i open it. I figured this was something that would be fixed so every couple of months i try and open it but it’s been so long now that I’ve given up hope. I really wish i could still use this service.
-- koconnell007, 2024-08-09

### *---- "Unable to book using app."
Unable to book using app. Keeps telling you to download the app! Hope Flexicar fix this issue quickly.
