The new update has been rather frustrating. I have failed to access my account for a week now. Whenever I login the app tells me to change my password by first answering security questions. When I do that and put new pin it gives me an error - “BAD”. The previous app layout was rather straightforward and hope this gets fixed ASAP.

The FlexiPay app had one of the simplest and easy to navigate interface but with the new update even just logging in is a tag of war and now it’s more like the stanbic bank App and there is nothing flexible about it.

It would be nice to know if some services have been removed for example the Approvals. I’ve specifically used the approvals feature every month for over a year. And with the new app layout , are approvals gone or being hidden somewhere. 

Rolling out a new layout is great but it’d help to know where all the features have gone.
