Flexischools Reviews

Fees are ridiculous!!!!

djkaz123 on

Australia

Save your hard earned money and pay cash at your canteen!!!! There's a fee for everything on this app including forcing you to buy things you don't want like sauces for nuggets otherwise you can't place the order. A $4 order after ridiculous daylight robbery fees ends up being almost $5. One for the worst apps I've used in terms of fees on top of fees.

High Fees, Poor Design, and Unreliable Service – Flexischools Disappoints

niqgeee on

Australia

The Flexischools app has left myself and many other users frustrated with its high fees, poor user interface, and frequent technical issues. Excessive charges for deposits and individual orders add up quickly, making the service feel overpriced. The app’s clunky design and confusing navigation make ordering cumbersome, you are often forced to re-enter details if you make a mistake. Worse still, the app frequently crashes at peak times, leaving parents scrambling to make alternative arrangements when they should be able to rely on a service they pay / get slugged for. Any feedback to Flexischools also falls on deaf ears!

New update stupid

Adversenunison on

Australia

As the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The new update has ruined it. Slow and clunky. No Apple Pay option, and unable to see or review your cart prior to payment. Do the developers get bored and just make unnecessary changes to justify their existence. Sack whoever decided this was a good update. Won’t be using this again until you change it back

Argh what did you do?

gus+pip on

Australia

What on earth did you do on this update? The app wasn’t terrible before but who designed this? The navigation is so confusing, image sizes are all over the place, can’t figure out if I’ve added things to my cart and more clicks to place an order than ever before. Take the design back please! And have a look at Apple HIG or Google design language and give it some semblance of mobile first design as an app!

Search function??

Ahmad Aoun on

Australia

How can you go from a barely working search function to removing it completely? Photos should be mandatory. Have you tried ordering for a kindy kid? They describe food by colour and shapes.

Used to be great

RussIRL on

Australia

Congratulations, you took something that was super simple to use and worked really quick, and you butchered it into something that constantly hits ‘page not found’, slow to load and constant logouts.

Awful “upgrade”

Battman21 on

Australia

Whoever thought the new user experience in the latest release of the app was a good idea seriously needs their head read. It’s an appalling, 1990’s internet interface design with a matching user experience; just awful. And why on earth have you removed the option for Apple Pay? Honestly, if I was not forced to use this app there is no way on earth I would continue to do so. What product manager and UX team honestly thought this release was “good?”

New App v.1.19(1148)

Olya & Serge on

Australia

Terrible! Super slow to load, menu is clunky, takes double the time to do a lunch order. Roll back to previous version plz!

Doesn’t Work in lockdown mode.

amc_au on

Australia

When the iphone has lockdown mode enabled the application hangs at the payment page.

Double Fees

Hkgkfidjbl686 on

Australia

Need to be able to place an order for multiple kids at the same time so I only get charged at order and payment fee once. The limitation of only being able to order for one kid at a time means you’re double dipping for fees by charging fees per kid.
