The repeated flawed business decisions to launch failed app updates prior to Friday mornings when busy parents and kids all over the country are trying to submit lunch orders continues to shock us. It would be funny if it wasn’t so infuriating. Once again today, trying to submit orders and all we get is error messages and blank white screens and the school community scrambling to implement a short notice backup. If your school is considering moving to this app. Don’t do it blindly. Consider other systems. Make sure you have solid back up plans for manual orders as this app fails on busy mornings leaving stressed parents and canteen workers tearing their hair out. And to the app owners… do better. Your IT systems for update rollout are laughably bad.

Honestly you are better off just making your kid sandwich.

There doesn’t appear to be a place where you can obtain a refund for cancelled orders. I’ve been using the app to order my children’s school lunches for two a half years with many cancelled orders but could never get a refund. The instructions for getting a refund on the app doesn’t lead you anywhere - the said place to get a refund simply does not exist. Same goes for the website. I am stuck with this app not because I want to use it but because this is the only option at the school. I will voice my concerns to the school and department of education as well.

After placing an order the app freezers and wont go back to home. I have to delete app and reinstall it to work . Very annoying , it happens all the time in the past few weeks

Hard to comprehend why I have to make multiple purchases just to order lunch for both my kids. Pretty simple to understand why this is a complete pain. Even more so when there is an additional item to add like a gift for Mum on Mother’s Day. Means four transactions because everything has to be paid for separately. Fix your cart!!!

Always a login or blocked issue! As if busy parents don’t have enough to deal with.

I have no choice but to use this app to order food for my children. First they charged me every time I put money into the account by using PayPal. .25 cents each and then they charged me again for .29 cents to order the food. For each order of my children. Imagine how many parents are doing the order each day and how much they got back in return. Happy to be charged for using my own money when I did the deposit but why have to charge again when I’m ordering food???? Doesn’t make sense!!!! I hated the system but I have no choice!! This is the worst app ever!!!

Terrible app. This app expects you to pay for each selection individually. You cannot make orders for lunch and recess or for seperate children before paying which makes no sense at all.

I’m sure you’re happy robbing a family with disability children- congratulations.

The app does not work and keep crashing. I have reinstalled multiple times and reset my credentials; no luck. I think the developers of this app do not even support or maintain it.
