## FlexIt Description
FlexIt is the most convenient and easy-to-use way to access fitness, Wherever, Whenever. Train virtually with live personal trainers or visit one of thousands of partner gyms. Work out from home, the gym, or anywhere - all at affordable rates.

HOW DOES FLEXIT WORK?

FlexIt has two offerings that enable seamless access to personalized and flexible fitness.

Virtual Personal Training (VPT) is the most personalized, private, and custom digital fitness experience. VPT lets you train live with expert trainers from trusted brands from anywhere in the world.

Plus, FlexIt gives you flexible, pay-as-you-go access to thousands of fitness facilities across the United States. Check-in by scanning the QR code at the front desk and enter the gym without worrying about tours, day passes, or paperwork.

HOW DOES VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?

Training virtually with a personal trainer is incredibly simple. Using FlexIt’s video technology, you can take personalized, 1-on-1 training sessions with live trainers. Sessions can be taken from within the FlexIt app or from FlexIt’s website.

Each session is customized specifically for you by your trainer so it’s perfect for your fitness level and goals.

IS VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING EFFECTIVE?

FlexIt VPT has been shown to be extremely effective in helping users build and maintain healthy habits. 88% of users surveyed reported that VPT is significantly more effective than pre-recorded workouts. 73% preferred it to an in-person personal training session. FlexIt VPT has been featured on ABC News, The Today Show, and Men’s Journal.

WHO ARE THE FLEXIT TRAINERS?

FlexIt works with some of the biggest brands in fitness to offer you access to an unprecedented variety of trainers and fitness styles. By working out with FlexIt, you can be sure you’re getting the best. Our trainers specialize in all fitness styles including strength training, cardio, yoga, and pilates. Plus, get comprehensive health support like diet and nutrition guidance, meditation, and pre / post natal care.

HOW DOES FLEXIT’S FLEXIBLE GYM ACCESS WORK?

Visiting a FlexIt gym is seamless, flexible, and paper-free with no additional waiver or FlexIt membership required. Here’s how it works:

 - Search for gym or fitness studios on the FlexIt app.
 - Once you arrive at a gym, use the app to scan the QR mount at the front desk to check-in: no waiver required.
 - When you’re ready to leave, simply check out and pay only for the time you were there.

## FlexIt Reviews in United States

### *---- "Does not work"
I have tried to use this app to workout at 2 different gyms they have listed on the app that are near me and both of them just stare at me blankly when I try to check-in. They just try to sell me a $20 day pass. It’s q cool idea but it just doesn’t work the way they say.
-- Go go potato, 2025-08-17

### *---- "Scam and Overcharge Alert!"
Flexit overcharged my card, then lied to me over text and claimed I signed up for a "3-month" mandatory subscription, but there isn't anything like that nor is there any record of a 3 month subscription or communications about a 3-month subscription. Even after I showed them how their $453 charge messed up my checking account, they still refused to reverse the fraudulent charge. I never used their services after the month I purchased 12 sessions. Beware of any company who acts in bad faith like Flexit has done. Beware of a company who lies blatantly just to get a few hundred bucks from a single mom.
-- Isob12, 2024-09-25

### ***** "Life Changing!"
Edyta has been an absolute perfect trainer! She is motivating, enthusiast, and darn good at what she does! I have kept with this program for over two years and I have never been more comfortable in my skin!

Training in my own home but with a live person who I know consider a dear friend has made this program fun to stick with!
-- Edyta is the BEST!, 2024-09-05

### ***** "Great app!"
Really enjoy this app. Has motivated me a ton to get in shape and stay in shape! Love my trainer as well. Thanks FlexIt!
-- Jake0101010, 2024-08-07

### ***** "Using for years / Prenatal"
This has been a great service! Really enjoying the convenience and flexibility to book with different coaches at different times. Plus was great for prenatal!
-- RMomma720, 2024-03-30

### *---- "Scam / monthly charges without warning"
This business is a scam. About a year after I signed up they “changed their terms of use” and randomly opted my account into monthly charges that I never agreed to. Just a dirty business practice from a shady company.
-- Augi2024, 2024-02-09

### *---- "Criminal"
Years after I stop using this app, and months after closing my account, these crooks continue to charge my credit card.

They have no place in the Apple Store, Apple needs to remove them as they are nothing but a predatory scam. As for you, looking for health and wellness, look anywhere else, as these are nothing but thieves.
-- Matt VO, 2023-12-31

### *---- "Random charges"
Used to be good when I used it. My gym stopped providing FlexIt so I deleted the app. Months later I got charged randomly. My friend also got charged for no reason to when she also did not have the app. A couple months later she gets charged again. Don’t know what’s happening but do not download this app, your money won’t be safe.
-- Char547, 2023-11-30

### *---- "Unapproved Charges- avoid"
I used this app once in 2020 to access a gym then never opened it again. Then I’m September 2023 it started charging me a $10 q month subscription fee which I never agreed to.
-- Brian tnighjji, 2023-10-30

### **--- "Used to be a great app, doesn’t really work anymore"
I used to use this app a lot when it first came out and it was amazing. But the last few times I have tried to use it when I got to the gyms they said they didn’t accept the app anymore, even though it was showing up on the app map that they were associated with the facility. The app even allowed me to make a reservation. It’s a long way to go through the city take a workout to the other side of town and then be told that the app isn’t accepted. You all need to update things asap. Very dissatisfied.
