## FlexPro Grip Description
OVERVIEW:
The FlexPro Grip app is to be used along with the FlexPro Grip device. Designed primarily for baseball pitchers, the FlexPro Grip app provides customized training protocols to be performed on the FlexPro Grip device to improve the strength, endurance and explosiveness of the muscles and tendons from your fingertips through your elbow that most impact pitching performance.

There is no guesswork. All data measurements are objective.

The result:
reduce the chance of tearing your UCL
improve your spin rate
increase your pitch movement
throw harder
enhance your command
last longer in games
recover faster after you throw
accelerate your rehab if you are recovering from a UCL injury / forearm strain

HOW APP WORKS:
The app first guides you through a Strength, Endurance, and / or Rate of Force Development test to measure your baseline levels.

Then, the app prescribes you with customized training protocols that specify the amount of force to apply, hold times, and the number of sets, reps, exercises to perform to help you make rapid gains in both your health and pitching performance.

All workouts are saved to your History so you can track your progress at any time.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE:
The protocols are intended to provide recommendations but do not constitute medical advice. As with any form of sports or physical training, seek professional medical advice prior to initiating use.

## FlexPro Grip Reviews in United States

### *---- "App is too buggy to operate"
The machine is great but the app requires an absurd amount closing the app down to even finish one activity. Because of how atrocious the app is, it feels like there is no reason to use it. It should not take me over 30 minutes to complete a 10 minute activity.
-- Nags48, 2023-08-04

### *---- "Has potential but still a ways off"
Great concept but is buggy. Not effective in the team setting. Each test requires a significant amount of time due to recalibrations, errors, and misreading.
-- P Nasta, 2023-08-01

### ***** "Big time results!"
As a former college athlete I wish I had found Flex Pro Grip earlier to help my game! The app makes everything smooth and seamless. The data that it provides helps me focus on what areas I need to key in on the most. This device has been a game changer for me and the way I approach training and gaining strength! Would recommend for all those looking to gain an edge in their training programs!
-- MrKrob12, 2023-07-26

### ***** "The best training aid"
This device and the app paired with it have completely transformed my training. It is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate through. It does all the work so that I can focus on getting better.

### ***** "LOVE IT!"
Got mine about a week ago and it was so easy to connect with the app and start using. I have been consistent with following the training program and can already feel a difference in my strength. Can’t wait to see how much I improve in the coming weeks.

### ***** "Great Training Device"
As an avid baseball player looking to up my game, I recently stumbled upon the FlexPro Grip, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! I never trained my fingers like this before! This nifty baseball training device has taken my skills to a whole new level, and I'm excited to share my experience with fellow baseball enthusiasts. The FlexPro Grip app provides a unique training experience for muscles I never thought I could train, tracks all of my data for me, and sets individual training targets. I can review my stats and constantly work toward new personal goals. The sense of accomplishment I feel when I see my numbers improve is genuinely motivating. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting, this device will undoubtedly enhance your skills and take your game to new heights. Investing in the FlexPro Grip is an investment in your baseball future!

### *---- "Frustrating to say the least"
I think this product is going to be a good product if they can figure out the issues. It worked the first couple of times when I was doing the protocols for strength training. Now I can’t even go through half a protocol without the app crashing, freezing, or the device not registering. It’s been happening multiple times now and I can not use it without something going wrong multiple times.
