FlexProtect Reviews

Toyota car protect

Trile97 on

United States

Never see any apps that is useless like this one. Can’t even check the car location and they said we can know where it is when the car got stolen. All the other tools are useless. Don’t get it when Toyota make us pay thousand of dollar for this. Garbage

Useless app

Doesn’t update the location doesn’t show live tracking the most useless app I’ve ever used if a dealer offers you this app NEVER take it

I was parked at Walmart. I got hit and the device notified me. Thanks to this notification I was able to stop the person who hit me and call the police

This product worked exactly how it was explained to me. I was able to get my car back quickly and still in good shape. Saved me a ton of hassle and worry if I didn’t have it. 5 stars!

Stolen vehicle recovery

Quickly got it back on

United States

Had my brand new 2024 Mercedes GLE450 stolen while away on business. I received an alert from my FlexProtect app of unauthorized movement. Used the app to report the car stolen and within an hour received a call from the state police that they had recovered my car.

This tracking device is another useless thing that dealer sell you,not tracking, not working, not worth it

Request dealer to remove if possible

mralexho on

United States

Like the other reviewer, I was forced to purchase this “optional” package. I wouldn’t mind the extra security except this app does NOT track your current location. The last known location of your car will be updated at random intervals. Most often it will be a few hours behind. Right now my car is parked on my garage but the “current” location is from 19 hours ago about 20 miles away. Please ask the dealership to remove and save your money.

Forced to buy this “dealer add-on”. Total garbage

Why do I need this on a 2024 BMW? It’s already connected to BMW Services. Another cheap product marked up by the dealers. STOP THIS GARBAGE. The app is totally useless. Why do I need to know my vehicles location? I have the MyBMWApp. It does literally nothing besides waste money. Ripping it out and throwing it away.
