FlexWhere, een app van Dutchview, is handige software voor hybride werken. Het is bedoeld voor organisaties die flexibel werken op kantoor hebben ingevoerd of dat willen invoeren. Volledig of gedeeltelijk, FlexWhere helpt om dat, en meer, te managen.
 
Met FlexWhere zie je snel en eenvoudig welke werkplekken en vergaderruimtes vrij zijn en waar je collega's zich bevinden. FlexWhere is er voor mobiel en desktop, maar ook voor grote beeldschermen en displays. Met FlexWhere voor Mobiel kun je overal een werkplek reserveren of een vergaderruimte vastleggen. Zo wordt tijd- en plaatsonafhankelijk werken efficiënter en eenvoudiger.
 
FlexWhere biedt het management waardevolle informatie over de bezettingsgraad van bijvoorbeeld gebouwen, verdiepingen en flexplekken. Informatie die duidelijk maakt welke ruimten vaak overvol zijn of juist een lage bezettingsgraad hebben. De facilitaire diensten en kantoorinrichting kunnen daarop worden ingesteld.

Sinds de laatste update - Oktober 2021 - laden de kamers niet meer dus kan ik niets reserveren. Heel vervelend. Ook bij het openen van de app op een ander apparaat werkt het niet. Foutje in de update?

Account is niet meer actief naar herstel backup iphone, waarom geen optie om instellingen in iCloud op te slaan. 

Ontvang geen bevestiging van reserveringen, meerdere opeenvolgende registraties lukt / kan niet. 

Dit is lijkt een snel in elkaar geflanste app waar basis functionaliteit mist. Makers gebruiken deze App blijkbaar niet zelf of hebbe niet goed getest met diverse gebruikers.

Handig nu ik thuis aan het werk ben, zo kan ik zien wie nog meer extern werkt of op kantoor is. En in de app heb ik direct alle telefoonnummers.
