## Flight Tracker Description
Live flight tracker app: It has never been so easy to track flights! Do you just want to watch which planes are currently flying above your house or do you want to know where the flight from your friends, family or business contacts is now? Do this easily with this flight status tracker. This app allows locating and tracking flights – whether domestic or international, short or long – all this is live and free.

Using this flight radar is very simple. Search for a flight by entering the flight number or by using the flight tracking map and selecting the plane. You will then be shown various details about this plane and its current route.

Available plane details:
-aircraft type and photos
-airline and flight number
-flight origin and destination airports
-departure and arrival time
-altitude, speed and heading
-signal source and accuracy

This live flight radar app also contains an airport map. With this map you can find out the most important information about large and small airports from all over the world with just one click.

A compass is also integrated into this tracking app. This easy-to-use compass helps you to determine your own current position and thus helps you spotting planes with the flight radar map around your current location.

Flight tracking is exciting for several reasons. As an aviation fan, you can track flights just with one free flight radar app from your smartphone or tablet. You get more information about the current flight status than at the airport. If your friends or family are on a plane, you can easily track their flight online in real time. The practical thing is that this easy flight tracker app helps you get to the airport in time should a flight landed earlier or be delayed.

Are you wondering how it is possible that all this information appears live on your smartphone or tablet? Most modern aircraft have an ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast) transponder installed. This transponder then transmits the air traffic information to a network of ground stations around the world, so that you can see the exact current flight position and details about the aircraft.

## Flight Tracker Reviews in United States

### *---- "Stops working after a few weeks."
As the title says , cant open the flight radar map AT ALL after a week or two.
-- IsiahLOL, 2025-08-20

### *---- "Bugs"
Just get a big white screen with no other info
-- Zelihayworth, 2025-01-12

### **--- "Not working"
The app used to work but now whenever I click on the flight map option all it does is show me a white screen with the black loading symbol going in a loop. This happens regardless what Wi-Fi I am on and I don't know why this is happening.
-- aviationenthusiast19, 2024-10-28

### **--- "Just a wrapper around adsbexchange.com"
This app is just a thin wrapper around the adsbexchange website. It’s a scammer app scamming the real adsbexchange.
-- Steve Frog, 2024-10-22

### **--- "Easier to just go to adsbexchange site"
The app on my iPhone is unfriendly. It doesn’t fit in the screen which suggests that the app cut and pasted the desktop version into the phone. Use your favorite browser instead and don’t waste your time with this.
It could be really good…but it’s a pain.
-- flyingtina, 2023-09-29

### *---- "New ads I can’t get rid of"
Most recently when I open the app there is a credit card ad that keeps coming up every time I click on anything. I can’t get rid of it! App is practically unusable now.
-- tryingtopickanameonhereishard, 2023-06-07

### ***** "Very accurate"
Amazing, very accurate. A few glitches every once in a while, but for the most part very smooth app. I mainly use on my iPad, to see what just flew over me, but over time it has become unexpectedly an educational experience for me.
-- NuttyRaccoon, 2022-04-05

### ***-- "Like the website"
I had decent hopes for this app. It’s like the Adsb exchange website, but when you try to change the map or move, it freezes up to a white screen. Hopefully an update will address the issue.
