## FlightReady Academy Description
The #1 ground school for FAA Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, and Flight Instructor. Free access to Basic Test Prep. Upgrade to Premium Test Prep or the complete Ground School course via in-app purchase (free trial available).

Free basic test prep includes:

▸ Basic question bank with hundreds of practice questions and explanations

▸ Practice sessions from missed questions, or review missed questions.

▸ Simulated FAA exams administered under the same rules and time constraints as the actual exam. Unlike other test prep apps, our exams present the correct proportion of questions from each knowledge area per the ACS.

Upgrading to Ground School unlocks a complete ground school course that takes 15-35 hours to complete depending on the course. The course includes:

▸ An instructor endorsement after completing the course so that you can take the FAA exam.

▸ Hundreds of additional questions to ensure thorough preparation for the knowledge test

▸ View definitions of key terms and acronyms in lessons and answer explanations.

▸ Detailed explanations and references for all questions, many with high resolution images

▸ SmartExam zeroes in on your weak areas to ensure thorough preparation for the FAA exam.

▸ Sync your data and course progress across on all of your iOS devices

▸ View statistics and progress. Proficiency is tracked using an algorithm that assigns a mastery level to each question. Stop wasting time answering questions you've already mastered.

▸ Share reports via iMessage, AirDrop, e-mail, and more

After you complete a course you can review all completed lessons and access all lesson questions. Unlike other ground school providers, we do not limit your access to one year, and all future updates are free. Ground School courses are available for:

Private Pilot
Instrument Rating
Commercial Pilot
Flight Instructor Airplane
Flight Instructor Instrument Add-On

================================

Non-US citizens who can read, write, speak, and understand English may obtain a US pilot certificate per FAR 61.65, 61.103, and 61.123.

## FlightReady Academy Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great study aid"
This program helps prepare you for the knowledge test. The reasons for three stars are that you must use an IPad. Charts, graphs and scales and not selectable with a pc or Android. Also, test scores are saved and not resettable, the final test cannot be taken multiple times.

That being said, I recommend this app only if you get the coupons. Don’t pay more than $100usd.

### ****- "Instrument Course"
App was extremely helpful and good performance until I paid for the upgrade. Now it’s very slow, and crashes a lot. I’ve tried reinstalling it and no luck.
-- Jc20020, 2024-06-28

### ***** "Best over the other prep apps"
I used Flight ready for my private pilot written test prep which was two weeks prior getting the app and when I did the actual test it was a walk over with 93%, i’m using it for my instrument written test, I mean these questions train you for the best results when u get to do the FAA test it’s a walk over

### ***** "Very Good App"
I don’t ever write review on apps but this app is exceptional! I have been using the free version for the practice questions for the PPL for a while now and they have been so helpful improving my scores each time. I am so impressed by how well made the app is I will now be purchasing the full ground school version for the PPL and probably other licenses further down the line!

### *---- "Not downloading"
This app is not working properly. The app installed correctly. But when you open the app. It wants you to download what course you are interested in. But it gets to 90% downloaded and stops. SMH Update: I left honest review and now I have received a email threatening me to remove my review. Or be sued. We’ll bring it on. Cause I’m entitled to my opinion.

### **--- "App glitches out of WiFi"
App glitches out of WiFi range and has to constantly redownload and sinc data which leads to a lot of time wasted. If you switch to use secondary e6b app, FlightReady freezes and will then have to reload, sync, and download again and all progress doing questions will be lost! App is great for wasting time while trying to be productive.

### ***** "Piloting"
Updating every week with new and better questions better graphics and outstanding test taking preparedness options
you actually see what areas you have are weak and where you were strong and you can focus where you need review
-- Boro12*, 2022-02-26

### ***** "Excellent resource for Part 107"
I viewed many YouTube courses and videos preparing for the 107 exam. Found a lot of discontinuity and conflicting outdated info. Finally decided to try FlightReadys program, was reasonably priced and available across all of my devices. Found the material to be very detailed, well structured and provided a foundational background into Part 107. Actually more detailed then it needed to be, but I undoubtedly they took material from their part 61 material. Nonetheless the questions were similar and in some cases the same as the exam. In summary, was happy with the material and was my primary prep tool, allowing me to get a 93, although Was disappointed I didn’t do better as I felt well prepared going in.

### *---- "Wretched interface"
I’m locked out of the app because of the interface. The “submit” button is blocked by the keyboard, which is rather infuriating. The fact that it even requires you to input a password so frequently is absurd, considering it’s just a study aid, and not exactly a critical encrypted document database.

They get you hooked in and then don’t support their program. There are only frequently asked questions on their support page.

You should keep looking to find the right study tool.
-- Fantacular, 2021-04-08

### ***** "Best exam prep"
I bought this app after getting my endorsement to take my exam from another ground school, however I felt under educated to pass the exam. This app is a great study guide and has very intelligent features to track your progress. I will definitely be getting the IFR version when the time comes. I passed my written with a 97%.
