After my account was debited, a fake booking was generated without your PNR details. Fake app. No customer service. Last 1 hours struggling to resolve the issue without any support. Never book through this app. Might have given Skyscanner a heavy fee to retain the top listing while searching for the cheapest fare. Fake app -- Jbrbdb87, 2026-10-05 ### *---- "3rd class service don’t book from here" We booked our flight from here first of all I didn’t get my gst amount and bill then flight got cancelled because of airline they didn’t cooperate with me properly and didn’t give us refund full which was not even my fault -- Ronya828, 2026-09-29 ### *---- "App crashes" After updating the app, I am unable to open it. It simply crashes as soon as I click to open it. -- TruthItIs1408, 2026-09-27 ### *---- "No customer care" They dont respond for anythng after booking. The customercare number doesnt work at all . Its a fraud company. Dont book with them please -- Swetha reddy cm, 2026-09-23 ### *---- "Book with the airline directly" Very poor experience. I booked an IndiGo ticket for myself through FlightsMojo, but my ticket was issued under a Group Fare. When I needed a one-letter name spelling correction for the same passenger, resolving it became extremely difficult. IndiGo informed me that the issuing travel agency needs to initiate the request, but despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a resolution from FlightsMojo. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again. -- Dumbbell|Door, 2026-09-10 ### *---- "Poor refund experience" Flight cancelled by the airline. FlightsMojo initially wanted to deduct ₹500 per passenger/sector, and even after multiple follow-ups I still haven’t received confirmation of the exact refund amount. Very disappointing experience — think twice before using this service. For safer, more transparent bookings, I’d prefer using platforms like ixigo instead. -- lochan14, 2026-09-04 ### *---- "Worst app for booking flights." This app is terrible. They cancelled my flight without my permission. Their customer care executives can’t even communicate properly in English, and they don’t respond to emails either. The service is extremely poor. I strongly recommend that you do not book tickets through this app, or you may end up being scammed as well. -- Kritika karnic, 2026-08-04 ### *---- "Avoid booking through FlightsMojo" My airline canceled the flight due to operational reasons, yet FlightsMojo deducted ₹500 per ticket as a platform fee from my refund. Customers shouldn’t lose money because of an airline’s cancellation. Very disappointing and customer-unfriendly policy. I’ll never book through them again. -- AvinashMJha, 2026-07-20 ### *---- "Horrible experience!!" I booked a flight from Goa to Delhi a month in advance. Just 2 days before the flight date they said the flight has been cancelled and you need to book another one. I said sure no worries - so I booked another flight this time from MMT. And I asked for a refund to which they kept saying I will get the refund once they get the refund from airline. It was all just an excuse and I had to constantly keep calling them for 2 months straight and after using some legal power I finally got the refund minus 500 INR. Such a waste of my time and not reliable service at all. Definitely do not install. -- Shubham Kushwah SK, 2026-07-18 ### *---- "Customer support failed to provide a satisfactory resolution" My flight was cancelled by the airline, but the app still deducted the platform fee from my refund. Since the cancellation was not my fault, there should not have been any deductions from my refund. This is unfair to customers. the customer support failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I hope the company makes its refund policy more transparent and customer-friendly so that other customers do not have to face the same issue in the future. -- Guptaaushu, 2026-07-18 ### ***** "Review" I recently used FlightsMOJO for a last-minute flight booking, and the app experience was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the backend support. My friend, Divya Upadhyay, who works there, helped ensure my ticketing and confirmation went through without a single glitch. Knowing how dedicated and efficient Divya is behind the scenes gives me so much confidence in using this app. Highly recommended!" -- xyzz2710, 2026-07-03 ### ***** "Customer experience" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Experience with FlightsMojo!** I had an absolutely wonderful experience with FlightsMojo.
