Cool, but …
The app works well in Europe and in the US. The UX and UI are very pleasant. Unfortunately, don’t count on the Apple Watch complication - it never worked, and it seems to be the same for many users.
I want to like it !
App has very nice features, on paper. Super cool UI, and UX. Sadly, I often have missing information (basics such as terminal, departure delay…). Missing info is one thing but support hasn’t been responsive by email - Twitter reply was off topic. This is why I’m only giving 2 stars. I really want to like this app, offers a lot of promises. Hope they can fix the issues and their support philosophy « we can’t always reply »
Bonne app mais limités
Très bonne application, mais malheureusement il est impossible d’ajouter pas mal de vols du passé car ceux-ci ne sont pas dans la database. Bien que j’ai payé, on ne peut pas ajouter des vols manquants manuellement.
Bagage
SVP Rajouter au moins l’information des bagages à l’aéroport d’arrivée 🙄 + il y a des bug sur le faits de détecter quel est l’avion qui va être utiliser durant le vol dcp on vois pas les vol antérieur sauf au moment où l’embarquent commence..
Ne sert à rien sans premium
Pas d’utilité sans abonnement premium qui de plus est très élevée pour la valeur ajoutée de cette appli. Pouvoir suivre au moins vol gratuitement aurait été préférable
Quasi parfaite
Appli vraiment bien faite, le suivi de vol est clair et les statistiques des précédents vols sont très bien faites et intéressantes !

L’appli est plus qu’incroyable mais il manque le français pour être parfaite

Doesn’t work well in europe
Design is nice and compelling but after a month of use I’ve found the app doesn’t provide value in Europe, especially given the high subscription costs. Delays are not effectively nor proactively communicated in the same way they promise on their claims
