I hv paid and subscribed this app. However , when I try to add my route map, the app said my phone is unable to access the internet. However, I hv checked my internet is normal and hv already opened the track location function. I hv paid and asked for customer service but in vain. However , i hv paid the subscription fee but cannot use any function at this app.
No gate number, even flying from big cities like Paris and Doha.
Data is not included for airstrips with no ICAO code and there is no option to add say coordinates to complete a flight. Also even though have requested missing info to be added weeks ago no sign of it actually being added. So whilst the data they have is rich , if it’s not there you’re stuck. Found some of the current status of flights wrong. Eg stated flight inbound in the air when it was clear from sat FR24 the aircraft was still on the ground. So not sure how useful this would be. Graphics are lovely and can add some data you may have missed if it is “usual” in character.

The app is great but tbh 33hkd/month is quite expensive for simple features i need like showing flight info on notification and push notifications 3 hours before flights. The app just stay silent before flights if i don't pay for subscription and that's not been useful. I don't really need the fancy features like precise forecast. In addition I am not taking flights every month (probably twice every 3 month) so the price is not very reasonable. I hope there a cheaper plan for casual users like me, like 10 hkd/month would be ideal.
Unbelievable the pro version is quite focus on the flight delay alert which I don’t care at all…when my flight is delayed, it doesn’t help if I know the reason…. What I want is the very important aircraft info… reg, age…. And even don’t know if the pro plan will offer these to me as they never mention this in all those annoying pro plan “clicks”.

But so far still cannot find one of my past flight in 2019 and converted another hugely delayed flight in 2012 to cancelled, submitted request since half a year ago but nobody attended.
clean and pretty UI information wise, all good in details, but only problem is that sometimes, the flight infromation is not updated fast enough, including gate inforamtion, delay information. Other than that, its a good app, and i love it.
