Do not purchase this application under any circumstances. It is completely useless. None of the advertised features function as promised — this has been tested across multiple airports in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Turkey, Moldova, and more, as well as with numerous airlines. The app never displays boarding gate information and fails to notify users of gate changes, even when you are already onboard the aircraft — gate information simply does not appear. It consistently provides inaccurate or misleading details about delays, cancellations, and flight changes, or no information at all. This is a fraudulent service, extorting significant amounts of money from users by offering non-functional features.

Useless app👎🏻! Ugly and terrible

With tonnage of fake reviews. We have already boarded the plane, yet your app still does not display the gate number. You falsely claimed it provides notifications, but in reality, it does not work even in major airports like Hong Kong International Airport. This issue affects almost all of my flights — your app fails to deliver the features promised with the purchase of the premium subscription. Additionally, it is impossible to add flights from numerous airlines to your app.

My family and I are encountering major issues with this app — the family subscription simply doesn’t work. I carefully followed all the provided instructions, and other apps that support family sharing don’t have these kinds of problems. However, this app requires users to pay an exorbitant price for a “Family Lifetime” subscription that doesn’t work!. Rather than fixing the problem, the developers pass the blame to users by redirecting them to Apple Support and suggesting we don’t know how to follow the steps properly. I strongly recommend that users refrain from purchasing anything from this developer until they take responsibility and resolve the issue. If you want to avoid the hassle of requesting refunds for features that don’t work, stay away from making any purchases in this app! All positive reviews are fake! Read only negative reviews — true reviews!

Family lifetime doesn’t work

Impossible to use premium by restoring purchase from family — glitch

Overall, this is a good app as this app is quite life changing. However, there are things that need to be improved in order to gain more app users. 1. On the 'friends' feature, it is more fun it we are allowed to see our friend's passport and journey history. 2. Enabling a feature where i can track a specific flight without adding it to my history 3. Lower the price to stay competitive as there are many free substitutes. indeed they dont have as many features as you guys have but the lifetime price is quite unreasonable.

Too restricted

The app is too restrcited and the dynamic island feature is locked behind a subscription paywall Make the app less restrictive and cheaper so i can use the app

Cannot track all flight

Some flights can not be tracked, especially for exclusively domestic local airline. The app have a lot of nice features and beautiful design, but I think the price is a bit too expensive

Too many restriction, I don’t mind ads

For casual flyer this app is pretty good with the best UI/UX in the market with useful dynamic island widget as the selling point, to pay for it tho, its tought unless you worked for airline companies. Other alternatives such as Flightradar implemented ads to compensate free tier user, perhaps you guys could use this approach as well and use dynamic island feature as the main selling point between other flight app. If too many restriction people might flown to use Flightradar. Good UI/UX does not enough to change consumer behaviour from existing app.
