Excellent app

Use it for all my flights and it’s as fast in updating info as it can be.

Enough of subscriptions

Everything you have to pay. I can’t add my past flights, I can’t sync with anything, I can’t have notifications. Without this bs subscription I can’t do anything in this app, it’s just showing basic info of some random flight (it just recognized 1 from my 8 flights in the last year, and wasn’t even the last one). Useless app

Too expensive

It was nice while it lasted, but after the subscription price hike and the weekly subs not including import/calendar export I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. Especially that on European flights there’s a 50/50 chance it won’t work at all 😔

More stress than joy

Finally, I could have used it yesterday for my flight. I accepted the notifications, then received the first one telling me it would be delayed in 20 minutes. Then again after a while, more 20 minutes, then a 1 hour delay from the original time. I’ve noticed that I get stress not help. Deleted the flight from the list and guess what? The flight schedule was on time. 2 hours before, there was a delay of only 20 minutes. I don’t know what the source of the app but I give up on it…

Single purchase option for a flight or a day

Although the app is well-made, the lack of a one-time purchase option for a single flight or day still feels like a bit of a trick to me. The reasoning behind it isn’t clear, even after reading the explanation in the FAQ. If you want to account for delays, just do it—you already have all the flight info, including whether it’s delayed or not. I’m switching back to the free version, supported by other apps.

Disappointed

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to do it this time. I fly a lot, and when I found this app and read what it promises, I was immediately caught up. Unfortunately, there's a lot of missing information. It's not true that the app even gets information quicker than the airline or airport information systems. Flights were delayed, and there was nothing on the app. It's the most common thing. If the app can't alert about delayed flights and is unreliable, it's not worth it. There's no reason to keep my subscription if it stays that way. I hope it gets better...

It’s a great app but there’s a lot of flight information missing.

Bit confusing and very pricey

I really like the idea of registering friends and stop passing flight numbers around, however that seems not to work unless me and all my friends buy the Pro subscription which is very pricey for 1-2 flight/year. I also get confused with the interface, we ended up having to share flight links anyway and it just looks like a big Pro advertisement :( I mistook the landing and gate arrival times more than once already. So… great idea and very promising with the widgets, but not so good execution.

Great, except for knowing gates

This is, by far, the best app of its kind. The only issue I have with it is that often (various airports) it does not know the boarding gate until quite late. Some times I’m already seating in the airplane and Flighty does not yet know the gate. I find that knowing the gates in advance is a key feature. It is especially helpful when you are arriving on a late incoming flight and must rush to get the next connection.
