The worst services I ever seen , it’s been 3 days I am trying to book the slot for my test as it’s very urgent and there is some medical emergencies however yesterday the team has told me tomorrow you have appointment ,today in the morning they are saying we don’t have slots, all slots are full even after multiple requests from me they send me one massage

“”We wish to inform you that we are not providing emergency services if possible you can go by your own but the amount can not be covered from the wallet, you need to pay by our own. We cannot hurry up services as we do not provide emergency services at any cost. Further, we are requesting you please visit your doctor, as it might take more time from our end.””

This was the massage, then I booked my appointment with another doctor on my own then they are calling me again and again for the next day booking I told them 2-4 times I want to cancel the booking but still they called me back again

Pathetic service I must say very much disappointed!
