Sometimes it feels like I’ve been at my desk for eight hours, but at the end of the day when I check FLIPD, I see that I’ve only done 2.5 hours of real crunch time. This helps me prepare better the next day and teaches me not to trust my feelings when it comes to taking breaks. My uni marks have seen an increase since I started using FLIPD and I feel better about myself, and my work. FLIPD has genuinely helped me to reach the standards I always wanted to achieve but never did.
