They take 24 hrs for deposit confirmation when the transfers are instant and then another 24 hrs for crypto withdrawal. They also freeze the withdrawal randomly and start asking very personal questions and tons of documents. All in all very unprofessional but still better than other Indian exchanges.

I have made rs1500 money transition by phone pay in the app but even 7 days the money doesn’t appears in the deposit section of the app

I created my account and after email verification when I tried to enter the details it shows that no such id exists. Total crap . Similar thing happened with my dad as well as he tried to enter the details it shows the password is wrong and when done after changing the password it shows the same old thing wrong password also the kyc updating isn’t working as well.
