Travelling with FlixBus and FlixTrain is easy! Just download the free app and give it a try. For bookworms who’d like more details, here are some tips to get you started.
BOOKING
Choose your desired connection, enter your passenger information, choose your preferred payment method, and pay for your ticket. The advantages of booking through the app:
- Your app is your ticket - no need to print anything
- You have access to special offers only available through the app
INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP
You can access your trip information and ticket anytime and follow the location of your bus or train easily. Let the app guide you to your stop.
Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the trip, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won’t miss any information. Very important: don’t forget to allow push notifications!
LUGGAGE
Every ticket includes 1 free handbag on board and 1 free suitcase/travel bag. Unlike flights or other means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more luggage with you on the bus or train by purchasing additional luggage. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers and train staff are happy to help you stow them away. You can find more information concerning rules and costs in our FAQs.
COMFORT ON BOARD
With FlixBus, you are guaranteed a seat with a comfortable and adjustable backrest, extra legroom, and, of course, we have toilets on board. During the trip, you can use our free Wi-Fi and buy some snacks and drinks from our drivers.
With every FlixTrain ticket, you are guaranteed a seat free of charge, private power outlets, toilets on board and a high-speed ride to your destination!

The app does everything it should do. I just wish the support wouldn’t be so cathastropic by that high prices!
Bring back the green apple wallet card
Please bring back the old good recognizable green APPLE WALLET ticket! Pls and please allow us to add previous old tickets to all apple wallet as your APPPLE WALLET SYSTEM didn’t work for a whole year. Every other coach company allows to add even old tickets to apple wallet, why don’t you please?

SCHLIMMSTE HIN UND RÜCKFAHRT
Ich empfehle keinem irgendwo hinzufahren mit den Flixbus außer du willst misshandelt werden, angeschrien, beschimpft und sogar geschubst werden. Die Fahrer sind MEGA unhöflich sie können weder Deutsch noch ENGLISCH!!! was ich gar nicht verstehen kann da sie Leute von verschiedenen Ländern abholen!! Ich hatte einen Flug um 14:10 in Budapest. Ich habe leider Gottes den Flixbus genommen damit er mich von Wien nach Budapest fährt ich sollte um 11:30 in Budapest angekommen war aber nicht der Fall und bin um 15:00 Uhr angekommen hab meinen Flug verpasst dank denen und habe dank denen eine Nacht im Flughafen schlafen und erst mittags einem Flug bekommen was ich mit vollem Preis dank denen bezahlen sollte !! Bei der Rückfahrt war es noch schlimmer sie wollten mich nicht mal mitnehmen, obwohl ich mir ein Ticket online gebucht habe wir sollten um 19:00 Uhr in Wien ankommen stattdessen sind wir um 01:00 in der Nacht angekommen was eine volle Frechheit das ist!!! Wenn es möglich wäre denen 0 Sterne zu geben hätte ich das gemacht !!!!

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Apple Wallet Funktion gibt es seit einem Jahr nicht mehr und niemand hat keine Info gegeben wieso. Ich habe mittlerweile 7 Busfahrten die ich jetzt nicht in Apple Wallet habe. Meine Freunde und ich beutzen dieses App nicht mehr 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 wäre cool wenn die alten Tickets in Wallet zu speichern wenn sie überhaupt beabsichten sie wieder aufzunehmen!
worst Service
Very bad service at all. The bus arrives about 2 hours late without any information and customer service does not answer the questions either. they don't care about the customers. I will give 00 stars If Possible
