FlixBus - Bus travel

I took a trip from Paris to Brugge and the temperature in the bus was extremely hot. In addition to the above , the toilet was locked for no apparent reason. Really disappointed especially that flix bus explicitly mentioned that there are toilets on onboard.

Very bad experience This company is making me lost for 5 hours in the street . As they took my money i books a trip with and the bus delayed 2 times and other drivers going on the same way i am going refused to let me in and keep saying it is not our trip. And when i contacted flix bus office they told me we cant do any thing for you. And i lost 50 euros for them with no refund

My booking number was #1076695199 going from dusseldorf to Roermond at 8:45 and I reached bus station at 8:35, I tried to see where my bus is “tracking bus” from the app and every time a massage appear to me that “Ooops, we don’t get a bus signal right now, please tap to refresh in a couple of minutes”. When I ask any bus driver from FlixBus about my trip they don’t help me with any info and when I ask the tickets office they said that the bus departed at 8:47 a white bus which is IC bus not flix bus even I’ve asked the driver of this bus and he told me it’s rush hour so he may come later. Very bad experience with flix bus

The app is not working, Can anyone help?

شركة نصابين وحرمية اية شنطة او مقتنيات شخصية الركاب ينسونها في الباصات تتم سرقتها من السائق ومساعدة وعندا الأتصال بالشركة بحولن الزبون ايلا خدمة العملاء الأون لاين ويقولون قدم شكوة مع اني نسيت شنطتين وبحثت عن السائق و وجدته واعترف انو الشنط معاه واخد رقمي الشخصي و وعدني ان يتصل معي ليرجعهم ولم يفعل

I lost a my bag .. Another passenger took it by mistake !! I did a lot to get it back, but the company is not doing well ... disappointed and not trusted..

Very aggressive drivers

Was booking 3 tickets from berlin to Warsaw, my credit card used for total amount and the tickets NOT ISSUED and bank message sent to me that the amount is totally debited ... !!!

The system went down and the driver has already checked 2 adults in and couldn’t reserve a baby ,I lost 2 adult tickets and had to reserve other 3 tickets with 50€.

Es verdient keinen Stern. Die kontrollieren nicht mal wer auf dem zugeschriebenem Platz sitzt Jeder nimmt sich irgendeinen Platz wie gehabt. Keine Kontrollen und scheinbar 80% Blindgänger und Schwarzfahrer in diesem Zug
