The most traumatizing journey of my life
I had booked a round trip from Boston to college park. There were several bus delays, cancellations and they made me wait in the bus stop for over 14 hours. Then they said I should book a train and will be refunded for it. Which i did. It’s been over a month and they keep telling me to wait for the refund. I’m clearly being played, this cannot be legal. I’m still waiting for a compensation over 200 dollars. Worst transportation ever, absolutely wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy.
DON’T USE FLIXBUS
We were not allowed to board on a bus in the middle of the night in a totally new country even though we had valid tickets and reached 30 mins before the departure time. Staff asked for extra 100 euro per passanger to be allowed to board. Flixbus staff is one of the worst and corrupted people who would do anything to get extra money from travellers. Customer care is even pathetic and insensitive. Go for train instead and don’t compromise safety for money.
Seat reservation
This app shows wrong things. I booked a panoramic front seat with FlixBus bus and they charged 4 Euro. But they didn’t give me any seat and also no option for refund the money.

Horrible Experience with bus delay!
I had booked a Flixbus that got delayed by 35+mins. I missed my train due to that and was not even refunded my train tickets. I am still on my way wondering how much worse the day can get. HUGE RED FLAG!!!

Flixbus for everyone
This is the best ( cheapest ) way to hop between cities in Europe. I personally used their buses and for me it is OK experience, in-fact good I would say. There are few champion seats which flix is charging it as ad ons like we use to have in the airlines. Overall a cheaper and comfy ride.
Worst experience never rely on their service
Cancelled my trip 6 hours before the scheduled departure with no compensation. Do not ever rely on their service if you have to make any important travel.
