Connections are always late, last trip should be for 5 hours and I did around 13 . When the tickets were still bought (the only thing that worked was Apple pay), the company sent a message about changing the bus boarding address and sent the wrong address, which could have affected about 10 people who bought the ticket (very looks like a fraudulent scheme). Only by a miracle, 2 minutes before departure, we managed to find the correct address, but the drivers flatly and in a very rude manner refused to wait 3-5 minutes, while the second part of our group, consisting of children and the elderly, RUN late at night in the cold and with suitcases through an unfamiliar city. When I decided to get on the bus, one of the drivers grabbed my shoulder and threw me aside in a very rude manner, and only by a miracle did I not slip on the ice and fall. Route Zakopane - Katowice, time 17:50. The company is a scammer who takes your money just like that and sends wrong addresses, and the drivers are rude who do not hesitate to use physical force!!!

You promised 25% discount with the application but you took the normal price

I ended up paying twice for the same ticket because of this app’s incompetence. Notice that they do not own the buses - but they sell it to you from a 3rd party under their own logo. Meaning that in a country where they don’t speak English, nobody is going to know what the hell ticket you were sold.

Es verdient keinen Stern. Die kontrollieren nicht mal wer auf dem zugeschriebenem Platz sitzt Jeder nimmt sich irgendeinen Platz wie gehabt. Keine Kontrollen und scheinbar 80% Blindgänger und Schwarzfahrer in diesem Zug
