Received notification that the bus was canceled 20mins after the scheduled departure time with no prior communication. Passengers had arrived 15mins early as advised. Next scheduled busses did not allow for many to make their flights. Undue stress caused by extremely poor communication and service. Not worth the price, book with another reliable company.
Dont know how to arrange time
Was a few mins late back to the bus from the ride on the ferry and it left without me and my luggage was on board. Stranded in northern Germany with nothing but my passport, phone and wallet which I luckily had on the ferry. The help line offered no help at all apart from telling me to fill out a lost baggage form online. It has been 3 days now and still no reply from the company regarding my lost and found submission. Great busses and prices it’s a shame no head count or anything was conducted before proceeding 12 hours to Prague with all my belongings but without me. After arriving in Prague after two days delay and various expenses the flixbus office said “ maybe your luggage is in Berlin “ and didn’t seem interested in helping at all.. Pretty Please flixbus could I have my belongings back
Easy to use, fast, fluid, and intuitive. Honestly setting the standard in Germany right now.
These guys are amazing, they truely do go there extra mile for non local language speakers and generally always turn up on designated arrival time! Will always use them!
So far I've had a good experience, but one thing that bothers me is that you can't see where the departing/arriving places are before purchasing. Please, add it and I'm sure it'll add much value to the app.
Wow what a terrible experience, FlixBus is surely the single worst travel company in the world. The app is dreadful, you cannot interact with any part of your booking bar looking at it. The hotline does not have an English version and the communication processes when buses are delayed a vague and unhelpful with useless links that don't actually provide any mechanisms for solutions. A truely terrible app
Most bus company apps are really poorly made but this one is actually really good! Works well and very polished.
Great app to have the ticket on, saves printing. However in booking the ticket on the app the payment never seems to be able to work if using wifi.
