Was 45mins late to the departure stop, was stuck in additional traffic on the border (1h30mins) which made me lose my flight. Also no toilet paper in the toilet and the seats are broken

Disappointed
This was the first and last time I used flixbus. First of all, it was delayed +1h . I was promised bus with charging station an wifi. Bus was old, stinky and without those two named before. Also without conditioner while outside was almost 30 C. If not the firma name on A4 paper, wouldn’t even know this is my bus.

Anbefaler ikke FlixBus mellom Oslo og Gøteborg. Man risikerer å få gamle busser med komfort som man ikke forventer å finne i Skandinavia. Forrige gang jeg så så dårlig buss var i Marokko. Jeg ble syk etter turen pga trekk fra dør som ikke kunne lukkes skikkelig.

Booket på nettsiden. Bussen var 20 minutter forsinket. Tenkte at kanskje appen ville inneholde informasjon om forsinkelsen Limte inn booking nummeret. Negativt. Tastet inn e-postadressen. Negativt. Tastet inn navnet. Negativt.

Brak pola do wpisania kodu rabatowego, jeśli jest to ciężko znaleźć. Musiałem kupić dwa bilety i za jeden napewno już pieniędzy nie odzyskam

Would not recommend
Their service is too poor, no refund for the ticket, no refund for the extra expendes they caused you - or the hours you lost. If this company were Norwegian, what they do would be illegal. Will never use them again, and there is no point in sending a dm either. It's almost impossible to get a refund.
Delays!!!
Once you’re on the bus, everything’s ok, BUT: delays occur often and it’s not just 10 min! 1,2,3 hours is unfortunately not unusual :( Copenhagen doesn’t have a busterminal which leaves you standing on the street for hours if the bus is delayed.
