Hice una compra de cinco boletos y la fecha se movió por la aplicación, la cancelé y me debitaron como 50 dólares aparte me dieron cupones para que los cambiara. Mal servicio de reembolso cuando lo justo es devolver el dinero del cliente, y hablé con el agente y dijo que nada podía hacer.
Flix Bus gives me the most direct ride to my destination. The schedule is getting better too, with more options than a few years ago. But. The outlets for charging phones often do not work. This is important! We need our phones for our next rides! Also, it would be nice if the driver announced that there’s time to get off the bus to buy a beverage. Some drivers make useful announcements and others don’t. Some drivers are crabby. Also, there is no customer service for Flix Bus in the depot. The actual ride is fine, but the customer service is lacking.
I used to go back and forth from California to Arizona to visit my family and so affordable I’m going to Vegas because I want to win some money.

My bus never came and they refused to give me a refund. I was waiting at the stop 15 minutes before and 15 after the scheduled time and when I tracked the bus it had skipped the stop. I had to spend an extra $30 and wait an hour. One extra star because the second bus (the last one of the day) came.
Bad time management. Always delays. Use HITCH it’s cheaper and on time
They are a foreign company that doesn’t care about anything because American law doesn’t affect them. I am disabled and my assistance and therapeutic devices and equipment was forced to be left on the sidewalk. I made a complaint thinking that my Ada protection was real, it wasn’t. All they do is submit a complaint. No consequence for the driver at all. He even lied to me about his name trying to get another employee in trouble for his actions. I tried to ride a second time and that was a disaster as well. Because I filed a complaint Doug the driver from my first encounter refused to allow me on the bus. When I called flixbus they refused to refund my money back and they wouldn’t give me a new ticket either. The driver claims I was aggressive and they immediately backed his play even though this driver apparently has a history of this behavior. I was trying to travel today and when I found out he was my driver again I begged and pleaded to get a different schedule. They refuse unless I pay nearly twice what the ticket was to begin with!!!! No a single fare was of equal value the lowest I saw was a difference of $65 and that’s if I waited for nearly a week! But when I purchased it I can easily find them for $85-$90 one way. How is it possible that every single ticket has a price difference of nearly $100 when that’s what most tickets cost regardless? SCAM!!!!!!!!!! I tried to cancel the ticket but they where going to only give me $13 back because of the cancellation fee!!!!!! And that wasn’t even in cash, ITS A VOUCHER FOR INSORE CREDIT FOR ANOTHER RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! Flix bought greyhound in 2021 they where never great but this is outright extortion and fraud on every level!!!!!!! Boycott flix they do not care about the people!!!!!!!!
trying to rebook my ticket, a week before my initial departure date, and when i go to rebook i am being charged a “cancellation” fee of $45!?! how are you going charge me more money for still using your service. i understand a cancellation fee but a fee for trying to rebook several days in advance is absurd. it’s a mediocre bus service anyway, wouldn’t recommend.
