I’m using this app for more than two years already and eventually I can’t use some of it’s features. I reached out to their customer service and was told that certain features are available for 18+ age. I explained that there might be an error in the initial age that was registered so I was asking to change it. They told me that they can’t correct my information. Take note that I am paying premium for this app but I can’t maximize the use.
This app is misleading and scamming its users. I subscribed because of their 1 month free trial and they charged me immediately!! Apple pay is useless they didn’t issue me a refund. Read reddit reviews about this and I’m not the only one who experienced this and they keep getting away with it! DON’T USE THEIR 1 MONTH FREE TRIAL CLAIMS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IMMEDIATELY.

The predictions are spot on as long as you have a regular cycle. It also helped me conceive. Both period and ovulation predictions are correct. I have been using this app for 10 years now.
They deducted a 499 without my concent
i already canceled the subscription but it still got some money on my gcash app, it’s a thousand so it’s really expensive i want a refund. this is unacceptable because its my money that went through even tho i cancelled it. give me my money back.
I hope Flo can add a feature where users can identify their condition, for example “user has PCOS,” “user has endometriosis,” or “user has normal menstruation,” so the insights feel more accurate and shapIt would also be really helpful if the app showed clearly what phase we’re in, like “user is on their period,” “user is in the follicular phase,” “user is in the luteal phase,” or “user is in the ovulation window,” to make tracking more personalized and easier to understand.
