## Flo Pilates Reviews in United States

### *---- "scam do not buy"
I had purchased a mini reformer from them and it got lost with ups. I followed the process to set up a claim with ups so flo Pilates would get my money back from ups for losing it supposedly yet I’ve had to go back and forth with an AI robot about getting my $150 back to which I was last told they were having issues with their refunds. Excuses every single time and I have never received my money back. Save your money as I was able to order a cheaper better one with Amazon and got it within 2 days. I will be canceling my subscription and will not ever buy anything from this company again.

### ****- "Paid for still can’t use"
I was excited to use this app as I’ve had the reformer board for a while. I signed up and paid with Shopify and I still have no access. I’ve reached out to Support and told them I signed up with a yahoo email address versus a Gmail. I’ve reset the password still no access keeps asking me to pay for the subscription at this point since the issue has not been resolved. I don’t have much faith in this app and the support that it will actually work I would’ve liked to try, but so far no resolution with getting access even though I have paid very disappointed

### *---- "What. A. Joke."
Workouts are a joke. 15 minute workouts with 30 second breaks between every move? Come on. Not even an option for longer or more intense workouts. In addition, the app, which was “included” in the ridiculously overpriced cost of the board… is now completely LOCKED and asking me to pay for the joke of a program. I was willing to give it a shot when it was “free” (except it wasn’t free was it??!?!! I paid good money for it all…) but do NOT pay for app access. It’s overpriced and you won’t even come close to breaking a sweat. The videos look like someone grabbed their iPhone and posted on YouTube. I should’ve listened to the reviews who warned not to waste my money…. But I stupidly chose to hope it was as good as it sounded. It’s not. It never was. Speaking of YouTube, just go on there and look up board workouts. They’re free. And they’re better. But— even if they weren’t better, at least they’re free. What. A. Joke.

### *---- "SCAM"
Just use til tok workouts instead of this! Bought the reformer a few months ago that included the app with workouts—literally why I bought this reformer versus the MANY other options available these days. Now they have taken access away better terms have changed and they’re charging for the app. This is a bait and switch tactic that is horrible business practice!
-- Caroline Abarca, 2025-08-22

### **--- "Not Recommended"
The reformer is an amazing invention, and while I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone, I absolutely do not recommend this app. There are no beginner, or any type, instruction, the workouts are incomplete, and the recipe section leaves a lot to be desired. I’m deleting the app and canceling my subscription. There are much better videos out there to learn the equipment and discover all its capabilities.

### *---- "Horrible app"
Updated: if I could give zero stars I would. Now they have changed the app and force you to buy a membership even if you bought the board and full access to the app. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR REFUND. ONLY 4 PROGRAMS. COMPLETE WASTE! Use FitOn instead which is completely free and tons of different programs with varying levels and extremely user friendly, unlike Flo Pilates.

Bought the board and full access to the app. So far I have access to 3 programs, 14 day, 21 day and glute challenge. No other workouts. It skipped days in the 14 day challenge. Contacted app support and was told “thanks for your patience we are always trying to add new content”. So basically I paid $150 for a board and unlimited access to an app that is useless. Also the challenge itself needs work…there should be time during the “break” where the instructor tells you what is coming up next in case you need to make adjustments to your board so you don’t have to keep pausing and figuring out the set up. Very annoying and disappointing.

### *---- "There’s a monthly subscription"
The ONLY reason why I bought this specific reformer off of Flo, and not another competitor, is because of the “free” app. If I had known, I would’ve just bought the same reformer off of Temu for $30. (Seriously. Please google “pilates board”.)
-- Mon3947, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Fraud fraud fraud"
I bought a package deal that included a lifetime membership to the app (the promo said a $250 value). As soon as the payments were done, they locked me out of the app so that I needed to pay a monthly membership to have access. I contacted them, and they said that their “terms” have NOW changed. But those were the terms at the time of purchase. I requested a refund if I returned the item and they said that in order to refund, the package needs to be intact, unused, in its original package, which I have obviously user. And I would need to pay for shipping. All this within their “risk free 90-day guarantee”. I have exchanged multiple emails with them, and their “final offer” is a 20% refund. This is fraud. They advertised a package and they are not holding the end of their bargain. Beware beware beware!!!
On another note, the videos are not even that great, basically what a lot of people mention here- someone takes off doing exercises and doesnt give to time to set up between exercises or explain how to set up.
-- Lynntintin, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Don’t do it"
I’m supposed to have a 14 day trial of the app with my $250 purchase. I have reached out several times to gain access, but customer support is clearly AI.
-- Hippydips, 2025-07-25

### *---- "Terrible"
Absolutely terrible app and terrible customer support. I have been back and forth with the customer service for weeks now. I am in a constant login loop. I try to login and get “oops something went wrong.” Support has responded with “try a different email” “did you forget your password” “download the latest update” “restart your device” …. Also, when i purchased the reformer it said that the app was free and now they said there is a subscription….so that was another funny response from the support team when they said that my problem was i need to go to the subscribe page, when im not even capable of logging in in the first place to do that…… also, it feels like every email is created by chatgpt or some sort of AI bot because the response considers zero context of previous conversation. Its a shame because the reformer is actually quite convenient, but technical/customer support is straight up incompetent.
