- Find and apply for available home infusion visits in your area.
- Manage your visit schedule and track your earnings.
- Access patient charts and other important documents.
- Receive real-time notifications about new visit offers and updates.

The Float Nurse app is designed for registered nurses (RNs) who are experienced in providing home infusion therapy.

Note: To use the app, you must be onboarded with Float Health. Profile information and location preferences can be managed on Floathealth.com. Charting is completed at Floathealth.com, accessible through the app.
