## FlöHR Description
Track your heart rate in real time during any workout. FlöHR shows your live BPM, heart rate zones, and configurable alerts — with zero data collection and no subscriptions.

Start a session on your watch and see your heart rate instantly. FlöHR runs as a workout session to keep the heart rate sensor active, giving you continuous, accurate readings throughout your training.

Features:
- Real-time heart rate display on Apple Watch
- Configurable heart rate zones (5-zone system)
- Customizable alerts when your heart rate goes above or below target
- Auto-end sessions after inactivity
- Session history with detailed heart rate data
- Companion iPhone app for reviewing past sessions
- Battery-optimized — uses Apple's workout APIs efficiently
- No account required, we never see your data

FlöHR reads and writes heart rate data through Apple HealthKit. We have no servers and never see your data.

Whether you're training for a race, monitoring a medical condition, or just curious about your heart rate, FlöHR gives you the data you need with zero complexity. $4.99 once — yours forever.
