## Flori Gut Health Description
Photograph a meal and Flori reads every ingredient, checking each one against the sensitivities you care about. Log how you feel. Over a few weeks, the foods that keep turning up before the bad days stop being a guess.

SMART FOOD LOGGING
Log meals with photos, plus drinks, water, supplements and exercise. The camera scanner identifies ingredients and breaks down macronutrients, fiber and sugar automatically. Scan a product barcode in the shop to check it for gluten, dairy, FODMAPs and additives before it goes in the basket.

COMPREHENSIVE SYMPTOM TRACKING
Track bloating, cramping, gas, nausea and reflux with severity scoring. Log stool consistency on the Bristol Stool Scale. Record mood, energy, stress, sleep quality and mental clarity alongside them, so the picture is the whole day rather than the meal alone.

TRIGGER DETECTION
Flori reads your food diary for patterns you would not spot by eye, and tells you what it found and how often. Sensitivity analysis runs across 19 markers - FODMAPs, histamine, gluten, dairy and lactose, oxalates, sulfur, lectins, nightshades, salicylates, amines, glutamates, gums, preservatives and artificial sweeteners - plus how a food was processed, cooked and fermented.
