## Florida Times-Union Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not functional"
App does not recognize subscription in order to view digital paper. App functions do not function or help to get help.
-- Functionallity, 2026-01-28

### ****- "Enjoy the nature of the stories and the insights on the national and worldwide topics"
See above
-- vilanogator, 2026-01-08

### ***** "eNewspaper is broken!"
This app crashes for access to the ePaper. This has been broken for two weeks. Don’t subscribe until it is fixed.
-- Bill Watson Jr, 2025-12-30

### *---- "Long time user"
I’ve been a subscriber since the T-U first offered an online newspaper. This implementation takes the prize as the absolute worst. Performance is dismal at best, the the e-newspaper option being the worst.
-- Art Peck, 2025-10-31

### ***** "Nice app to read the paper"
Keeps you up on the local happings
-- ##unhappy##, 2025-10-23

### *---- "S l o w and ad-creep"
Since combining the main site and the e-edition, popups occur. This slows down the experience and is an irritating way to view the website for a paying subscriber. October 2025. Getting worse. Full page pop-ups
-- Chris32225, 2025-10-16

### ***-- "Trapped!"
In your SPECIAL EDITIONS PROPAGANDA! No access from there to the full newspaper index. I just want to read the Sunday Comics now and I can’t get to them….even after closing out of the app!
-- Dognilla, 2025-10-01

### **--- "Update to app"
This app can’t comprehend that I’m already a subscriber. The refresh link does not refresh
-- Braves fan in Florida, 2025-09-25

### ***-- "Newest update lacking"
The newest update is very frustrating. The formatting on my iPad is wonky. The “fit” tab doesn’t work. Have to use two fingers to get the page to almost fit. The side arrows to scroll to the next page frequently skips a page. I think the app designers need to go back to the drawing board.
-- Local news junky, 2025-09-15

### ***** "Still a great read after all these years"
My daily dose of news is 100% covered promptly started every morning at 6:00 AM. Thanks T-U
