Not worth the money
It is very hard to find games and I find that the money I am charged should be much easier to find games

You are great but I’m disappointed with constant technical issues since I signed up
Poor streaming
I struggle each and every time from logging in to getting the game I want to see to come up. I’ve missed half of my daughter’s games because the circle was spiralling the entire time or the screen said Technical Difficulties. I pay $45 per month for a service that isn’t reliable. Also no option to pay for a season. Only options are monthly at a higher rate or a full year when my kid doesn’t play for half of it.
Glitchy Service
Subscribed to watch the Circle K U18 tournament. The streams on 50% of the games I tried to watch crashed and were unwatchable. I contacted customer support and they told me they can’t take responsibility for stream quality and therefore can’t offer a refund. Needs to improve!

Too expensive for what we get
The app used to allow 2 logins from a family, now i cannot watch games with my grandson without buying 2 over priced memberships. Super disappointed. 🤬
