## Flour Bakery Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "Slow and constant errors. Browser version is way better"
Title
-- Nykentaro, 2024-11-22

### **--- "Constant internal server errors"
I love flour so much, but the app constantly gives “whoops internal server error” messages, making it impossible to order ahead
-- Princesspuppy, 2024-11-13

### *---- "The App Frankly Isn’t Very Good."
It’s a fantastic bakery. The old app (circa 2/2024) was great - it did what you’d expect an app to a bakery/restaurant to do. It had an updated menu, allowed orders, kept track of inventory (no more sticky buns? No more donuts? Find something else!) and even allowed for modifications (within reason).

This has all that, except the part we’d want most - the ability to order beforehand to pick up on site. It was such a convenience, made life predictable and easy. But you can’t check out on this app (“Whoops! We are experiencing an internal server problem, please try again soon”) and I think shockingly, it’s been this way for 7 months.

The app has a lot of stars, but it’s all from its functional years (the more recent stars tell the tale of its current state of dysfunction). The app is now nothing more than an up-to-date menu.
-- JohnK review, 2024-09-30

### *---- "App"
The app is unusable after the recent upgrade. Won’t even open past the logo screen
-- Xxjhabej$, 2024-09-13

### *---- "I love flour bakery but I have to reset my password literally every time I use the app"
huge fan of flour bakery. 5 stars for the food. This app is so frustrating. I have had to reset my password countless times to use it.
-- fred9smith8, 2024-08-25

### *---- "Not only it steals your private data"
it has become unusable after “upgrade”
-- af31415926, 2024-08-25

### **--- "Glitchy and often have time placing orders"
When they updated the app something happened and now it’s always glitchy and constantly tells me “we are experiencing an internal error” so I can’t order. Also always tells me I need to select a new pickup time within 30 seconds of adding items to my bag. The old app was much better. I love Flour but they need to fix this.
-- j—2, 2024-08-22

### ***** "Can’t use Gift Card in-app"
App is easy to use and I love your food - would love if you could use a physical Flour gift card as a form of payment when ordering through the app. It would be great if all locations could make sure that the necessary allergen options can be selected (not greyed out accidentally) too when the proper ingredients are on hand.
-- Peabody307, 2024-07-24

### ***** "Works great just a note"
The app is a great improvement over the old version. The only thing I am seeing that may be considered a bug is that the user needs to manually view their order status on the Home Screen once it is complete to clear it. Otherwise a backlog of old completed orders need to be cleared out one by one by tapping on the egg logo. Can a fix be implemented where these clear automatically after a certain amount of time?
-- Abbuba5258, 2024-07-09

### *---- "New app a step backwards."
New app doesn’t function well. Loads slowly, sometimes shows an old order when I open the app. Biggest issue is that it seems I no longer accrue any rewards since the new app, the my brownie points bar has remained static since the change.
