A great way to switch off and reboot
I’ve tried several breathwork apps but find Flourish to have the greatest variety of content. I use the app consistently and have found it to be hugely helpful in managing stress. Highly recommended!

• Free introduction to Breathwork course to get you started on your Breathwork journey
• A vast library of professionally recorded Breathwork journeys ranging from 3 to 60 minutes. This library is being continuously updated
• Recordings of Richies previous live streamed Breathwork journeys
• Join a community and share your experiences with inspirational people all on the same journey as you - learning to use their breath with purpose
PAYMENT:
This app requires a subscription of £17.49 a month to access certain content.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

A gateway into another world
Breathwork has been an anchor for me during a time of hardship in my life. Richie’s guided sessions have helped get me to a better place. If you find yourself in a similar situation I whole heartedly recommend this app.
