By combining evidence-based clinical care, sensor-based technology, and value-based contracting, we are able to provide care to the most at-risk adolescents when and where they need it. Today, we work with the largest health plans in the country, supporting members on Medicaid, Foster Care, and Commercial Insurance, as well as other specialty health plans. We are a team of world class clinical experts, researchers, software engineers and data scientists, with decades of experience in mental healthcare. We have all been affected by serious mental health conditions and their impact on families and friends. Many of us are in lasting recovery ourselves. We are fortunate to have access to models that work and prevent long-term suffering. And through Flourish Health, we aim to provide that same access to everyone. This app is only available to users who are enrolled in the Flourish Health service already.
