I have always had problems with working consistently over long periods of time. Flow has enabled me to increase both my productivity and consistency. It is fantastic.

This app is super helpful for my study. I love the minimalist approach as it isn’t overwhelming compared to other apps I have tried. Overall, really great job :)
Premium not worth
The premium features don’t work. I upgraded to have the app blocker feature but all the apps worked like normal. I didnt see additional benefits from the other features

Simple and easy to use -ie indistractible!!
I thoroughly recommend this product. I've been using it for a number of years for university study and also for work it's amazing. It's a great way to divide your time and then take regular breaks to refresh that's kind of the point so that you can be more effective and more productive. Use this thing. It's fantastic.
Simple and effective
Great very simple, does not distract the user. Nice to see the statistic of my work in progress. Just a little thing, by pressing Command W to minimize the app will make Flow even more amazing, cheers.

I'm really impressed by the simplicity and minimalistic design of this app. It's incredibly user-friendly and intuitive to navigate. The integration with Google Calendar is a game-changer for me; being able to seamlessly record my tasks and activities allows me to reflect on my productivity levels effectively. Overall, a fantastic experience!
