So there is no info about wether there are any free features or trial period in the description. It also doesn’t say how much the subscription will cost. This should be outlined BEFORE the app is even downloaded. So after I downloaded the app, it’s still unclear wether there is a trial (looks like No), I have to create a profile first and give them my email, before they will tell me how much they’ll be charging me? NOPE. It’s a fail. Looks like it could be a nice app, but these tricks into going through all the hoops and hooks won’t work for many people. Sadly. I thought the lessons would be mostly motivational and rational. However, a lot more FLOW, intuition and tuning into our feelings. Lots of subconscious reprogramming. Focus is a huge limiting factor of mine - and practicing breathing techniques SPECIFICALLY to get into my Flow state was an awesome first session. I did the 1 week trial and cancelled for a few reasons: - The narrator sounds like Barry White reading a romance novel and he doesn’t stop talking the entire session at the slowwwwwwest speech possible for 15 minutes. - The sessions are approached from a hypnosis and NLP perspective. “You are going deeeeeper and getting more and more relaxed as my voice….” The content gets lost in the suggestive approach in guided sessions I also found the content the same as other meditation apps with a preamble about performance. Maybe it gets better over time as the questions it asks (which are great BTW) learn about you and tailer the material. I couldn’t stick with it though because of the aforementioned points.
