I evaluated both this and FitMind, and I find FlowLabs to be more accessible. The gamification is excellent and helps reinforce healthy habits. The narrator really shines in your sessions — I found FitMind’s to be more “mechanical” if that makes any sense, whereas Flow feels more like an actual guide. For the actual results, I’ve been using Flow for at least 5x a week for 4 months and can say that every mental aspect of my life has improved. I can absolutely focus better, I find myself managing tough situations more easily, and I generally feel happier than I have in the past. Like with anything, you get what you put in, so YMMV, but I found that committing to a regular regiment with Flow has been a force multiplier in my life.
