Take a guided recovery session designed by our in-house experts to educate you to use our Flow Recovery devices in a safe and effective manner, choose from four sessions types; 
1. Recovery - Targeted percussion, vibration or heat therapy to help reduce area specific pain. 
2. Recharge - Optimise your recovery post workout, match or competition. 
3. Recovery - To help you wind down after work or on your rest day. Take some time to loosen the areas which need a helping hand to recover. 
4. Reset - Calm and prepare yourself before your workout, match or competition. 

Explore our library housing 500 expert developed guides to provide targeted recovery bespoke to your needs and sports! And take recovery into your own hands by selecting and creating your own recovery session!

Can you please release an update where you can see all routines of a session in the Guides tab? 
It should be possible to see all routines without having to wait until the timer has expired. The current version of the app is unfortunately very impractical. If this is improved I would give the app 5 stars.
