Is there a way to flip a pose for counter poses ?
After a friend told me about this I had to try it out for myself and I love it!
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it still won’t let me log in.
It’s nice to finally have an app where you can pick and choose the yoga moves you want to accomplish that day - I can see better transitions between asanas and end the day with a nice meditation. @utypeitype
The app is much better than drawing stick figures :D I don’t think it’s my iPad but it does seem sort of slow when loading. But then adding poses to a flow works nicely. -@adamito0
I had no idea there would be so many poses to choose from. I’m so excited to create a flow to post on IGTV under @nourish_with_nikki for my followers. Plus, I just noticed I can do meditations too. Super awesome!
It only says null when I look for poses.
