اتمنى انهم يغيرون كل فترة منتجاتهم
من ثلاث سنين وهم نفس الكيكة و الشوكليت و العطر غيرو و حدثو منتجاتكم غطو اكبر قدر من المدن الشرقية مافيها منتجات ابي كيكة سنهة و بوكية ورد ما حصلت

سيئين جداً فالرد على الشكاوى و لا يوجد اي رد على العميل
اسوء تجربة و لا رح تتكرر
اول شي الطلب تاخر بشكل فضيح للان ماوصل ماعليس يعني طالبته من الساعه ٨ و الحين الساعه ١٢ اخر الليل والدعم الفني مايردون و يعطوني مشغول !؟ لايكون تسرحون و تمرحون و غيركم على اعصابه هنا يحتري طلبه متى بيجي! والله ثاني مره اطلب من عندكم و اخر مره على هالتعامل السيء، ارسل بالدعم الفني رسايل و يفتحونها ولايردون طيب اقل شي تطمنوننا يعني! مره اوفر ماحبيت ولا رح اكرر هالغلط توبه اذا طلبت منكم مره ثانيه.

تطبيق لايستحق الثقه وغير متجاوبين ويفشلون في المناسبات المهمه يغيرون الوقت بمزاجهم ويقولون كلمناك مارديتي كذب عيني عينك

للاسف الورد يجيك في فازا قزاز بقع ايدي عليها وصخه منقعه في مويه لونها اصفر لها كم يوم مجهز الورد فيها توصلك كم ساعه والورد يذبل ويبدا يتساقط وتكرر هذا الشي عده مرات

جاني اشعار بتاريخ التسليم وتم تاجيله لمدة اسبوع بدون اشعاري ويوم جا تاريخ التسليم المؤجل برضو لم يتم التوصيل الى الان …!؟
