## Flowbird Park and Charge Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Just read the reviews"
As you can see from all the 1* reviews this is a terrible app and ev charger. My plug in hybrid BMW cost me £9 for 28 miles of charge.
At home it costs £2.50. Plus I still have a £20 charge pending on my credit card. Avoid using at all cost.
-- JBDT60, 2024-09-25

### *---- "Just doesn’t work."
Tried to use this on a recent trip to Normandy. Even in Bayeaux it didn't work when parked right next to the ticket/pay machine. The hotel manager said he had the app and that it was rubbish. It could not find ANY locations in Bayeaux or Caen or Honfleur. A waste of time
-- Dartngn, 2024-07-23

### *---- "Hopeless"
Cannot set up an account. Don’t bother
-- SJMiReview, 2023-07-15

### *---- "Disaster"
Definitely one of the worse apps I’ve ever used… or it doesn’t work, or you can’t confirm credit card data or you can’t confirm payment … from my nearly 70-80 visits I successfully charged my car 5-6 times …
-- deVitob, 2023-05-20

### *---- "Premium rate support number"
When these charges stop working, they do not release your EV cable or your car. You then have to pay for a premium rate support line to get the to “unlock” you. This can cost more than the charge! Avoid anything to do with this company.
-- stevie davies, 2023-04-05

### *---- "DO NOT USE"
This is the worst app and company - I tried to park twice and it never charged my car, apparently the QR codes were all out of date. They still charged my card the holding fee and over a month later I’m waiting to be refunded. They were quick to respond to my emails when they thought they’d be getting money from me but have ignored multiple emails now they owe me money. Don’t waste your time or money.
-- Bhutgbcfr, 2023-03-18

### *---- "Do not use, doesn’t work!"
Agree with all the other reviews. My experience today was worse than useless. The app doesn’t work and I am unable to start a charge even after contacting the phone helpline. This was my first experience of Flowbird Park and Charge and will be my last. If you’re ever in Barnsley don’t try using the 2 chargers in the Pall Mall St car park go somewhere else, anywhere else. Poor beyond belief and would not recommend them to anyone. Rated 1 star as you can’t enter a review with no stars!
-- davidjreeves, 2023-01-06

### *---- "Absolute garbage"
Couldn’t start charge. Phone line help was useless. Website workaround didn’t work. Utter, utter rubbish and waste of time app and website. God knows what has happened to credit card details I’ve stored.
-- Stanley Bowles, 2022-11-03

### *---- "Worse than useless"
Cannot start a charge, phone helpline for assistance and the helpful comment offered is “getting a mobile signal is hard underground”. I’m talking to you on my mobile, I can load your app and find the charger I want to start, I think it may be an issue at your end.

Flowbird have one charging location in Dublin, and it’s unreliable. That means this will never be an option for me, as If plans are made around using your facilities, I need to know you’ll hold up your end of the bargain.
-- Kid Ad, 2022-08-25

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
Would have got no stars if that had been available. Downloaded and created an account. Then tried to sign in using just-entered password. Would not accept. Tried to re-do password, but it was now telling me that I didn’t have an account, even though it had just confirmed that I had successfully signed up to one. Who designs the bloody useless apps? Should be sacked. They are costing your business.
