Magazine purchased won’t download
I have paid £3.99 for a magazine which will not download. The money has been taken from my account straight away. Now the app will not open. Please refund my money!! Do not buy

The Flower Arranger will help the church flower arranger, those who wish to create their own wedding flowers or to get inspiration, NAFAS members who want up to date information on floral events happening across the world and the person who simply loves flowers and wishes to arrange them effectively in the home.

This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.
Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest regular issue at the time of purchase.
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
-If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

I paid to download this app and nothing happens, I would like my money back, thank you.
The app wont work
This app is a lemon - avoid as it does not work on IOS9. It tries to load but fails.
Flower Arranger
Great ideas, lots of inspiration and good instructions for a number of designs in the magazine. I use designs in the magazine to help create my own designs for all occasions. If you have just started a flower arranging course this magazine will give you confidence with colour, form and design. If you already have some experience with flowers this magazine will turn your arrangements into works of art!
App not working!
I have the same problem, I have an active subscription but every time I try and access it, the ap crashes out!!! Please fix!!!!
Waste of time and money
I bought the Autumn 2012 issue but when I tried to buy the Winter issue I could not download it and now I can't even get access to the Autumn issue. £2.99 for nothing!!
Unexpected Treat
I was amazed when I found the National Association of Flower Arrangers fabulous magazine as an app. I was due to renew my subscription and having seen one issue I have signed up in app. I love having the magazine with me wherever I go. Great reproduction, a really good zoom in on the pages. If you love flower arranging get this app. One tip is to sign up for pocketmags on a pc or mac, for some reason it seems to work better that way. Highly recommended app!! Well done NAFAS!
