Day 1: 4k steps. Nothing special.
Day 6: I start noticing how often people choose not to walk.
Day 12: 12k steps feels normal. Sitting feels… wrong.
Day 20: I don’t need reminders anymore. I just go.
Day 26: The pavement starts to make sense.

Something shifts when you use FlowIt long enough. It’s not just tracking your steps but it completely rewires you and any previous perceptions you had about walking disappear. You start seeing distance differently. Time differently. Speed differently. Distance is no longer speed x time. You open your eyes to new dimensions that you never even knew existed. 

I used to think walking was optional. After downloading FlowIt, I realised it was THE ONLY OPTION.
