Benutzer können Dokumente um weitere Anhänge wie Lieferscheine, Bestellungen etc. ergänzen. Für Prozesse, bei welchen Dokumente durch vier oder mehr Augen geprüft werden müssen, ist FLOWWER ein effizientes und einfach zu bedienendes Werkzeug. Obendrein bietet FLOWWER hilfreiche Features wie freigabebezogene Pflichtfelder, Skonto-Alarm, erweiterte Kostenstellenerfassung und vieles mehr, was Mitarbeiter*innen zur Bearbeitung in diesen Arbeitsprozessen benötigen. Allerdings ist die Bildschirmfläche natürlich begrenzt und die Details in den zu prüfenden Dokumenten teilweise nicht so gut zu lesen.
